I think the higher you get traditionally in recruitment, the less time you spend in front of customers and it's more internal facing. And then your sort of more junior, mid-level people are the touchpoints, have the most touchpoints with clients. So I think what we were very good at looking at the data and identifying who was in our client base, new clients, existing clients, clients that have up spending, low spending, etc., and looking at and trying to really pick out who we thought was going to be a good sort of target for us to kind of really get around and see how we could increase that relationship. So my role at that point in time was doing a lot of that across the Nology business. So we had just launched Nology, it was a year old or something like that. I would get a phone call saying, we want a project, we want you guys on it. And it's like 30 or 40 roles type territory as opposed to we've got an extra role here, can you look at it? Sort of having bigger conversations, I guess. And then that just, yeah, that just took off.
