So coming in at consultant level, you've got senior consultant after that, then principal consultant, all pay rises, obviously. Then it's team leader, then it's senior team leader. Then you move into business manager, and then there's associate director and then director after that. And what are the typical checkpoints? The early ones are done on billings. We don't want to promote someone into a team leader position if we don't think they can manage a team. So what we do at principal level is we make sure that they're buddied up with a new person within the same team as them, and their job is to support them. Right. Daily. Sometimes give them some feedback on calls, help them with their emails, help them with the system. But show us that you can balance your own work with also having someone that you're supporting and need your help as well.
