I've got one consultant that cold calls through Microsoft Teams. He's an absolute animal. Wait, so did you say— give us the context here, because I thought this was wild when you said it. So every single recruiter knows how to work out an email. Yeah. So if he hasn't got the phone number for them, he'll just go on Teams. I don't know if people know you can do this, but at the top on the search bar, you just type in the email address, bang, video call. And a lot of the time these people will answer and just be so like, what is going on? Then bang. What is he saying though? He's just doing his pitch. No one really cares like who you are or your business or all of this. I don't believe in that. All you need to do on that pitch is that why should they speak to you? What benefits? Tell— get the benefits of them talking to you. All they care about is that what are you— what can you do for them? Why should they talk to you?
