A founder works 7 am to 6 pm daily and says expect 18 months to two years before a project pays off. When early wins come, don't ease up. Double down instead.

I would be in the office at 7 in the morning, leaving at 6, 7 o'clock on an evening. I think when you're building something, you need to understand it's not going to come within 6 months, 12 months when you're first starting out. It's going to take you 18 months, 2 years for it to really start paying off. And I think the most important thing is when you start to see success, don't drop off, increase the output. Double down. Because I think so many people go, oh, I've hit it now, you know, rockstar. And they'll see a big paycheck, they'll get themselves a Rolex and buy champagne and all the rest of it. But they take their eye off the ball in terms of always being there first and always doing the disciplines that you need to in order to be successful.
