Creating a company with a purpose and a vision

We wanted to create a company that was, uh, gonna put their people and their planet above profit to begin with. Sustainability was key, that was critical, right? So our commission structure is one of the best in the game. So if you're an average biller, you get paid average amounts. If you're a top biller, I want you to get paid a top amount, right? Then we wanted to, uh, give back to the environment, that was crucial. So we plant a tree for every placement we make. We are B Corp certified, which means we meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, give back a percentage of our profits to renewable world. So we wanted to create a company that had a purpose, a vision, and aligned with what our clients would want to do in the future, right?
