Find the Right Work Environment

I just wanted to ask, you put the right work environment. Do you want to share anything on that?

The right work environment is crucial, right? Because, you know, for me personally, I think we lose a lot of good people in this industry because they've joined a company, they've gone to build a desk from scratch, and there's no support or no strategy in place. And they go, this is dead hard. If you walk into your office tomorrow and you look around and the people around you don't match your energy, your enthusiasm, your passion, your drive, your determination, And even worse, if the people above you don't match that as well, then you are in the wrong place. Like, honestly, hand your notice in tomorrow and do yourself a favor.
