What do you think would be on your non-negotiable list for a co-founder? The decision is, can this guy or girl build the business with me for the next 10 years? Because they might be a good biller, but what's that going to do when you're managing a team of 50 people? Elliot is not a yes man. He's somebody who's going to challenge me, he's going to push me, and I'm going to push him and challenge him. And from a personality standpoint, we get along really well.
