you can start to sense check what you're hearing back from a candidate, right? Like, okay, this candidate said that they were over quota in 2024 amidst a whole team of people who are way under quota. Whereas actually AI that's been part of conversations with other candidates from that same company might be able to tell me, hey, this is a little bit, that doesn't sound quite right. You know, we've actually spoke to someone else who mentioned, who provably was here on their quota, you know? And so really starting to truly treat all of the conversations you're having with these candidates as not just proprietary data you can access, but proprietary data that is surfaced to you in order to help you submit the right candidates to your client is— I mean, that's what it should be.
