I'll literally have consultants that come up to me and they go, I want to get put on a PDP or a PIP. They'll ask to be put on it proactively because I think they recognize they're underperforming. They know they're maybe going to blank or not do a deal that month and they want to be proactive and get back to performing again. The other thing that we've done quite well is publicize when people have been on performance management programs, but then been successful off the back of it. When you start talking about the positives of actually giving people some structure and a plan and some direction and more coaching and more support, then they go, "Oh, I want that." Like, "I don't just want to be left in the corner to underperform and no one talks to me, but I want more attention. I want more of a microscope on me because then I'm gonna get more training and then ultimately I'm gonna become good again or hit my goals."
