Rob's team runs four daily sprints: business development from 9 to 11, follow-ups from 11 to 1, candidates from 2 to 4, and digital work from 4 to 6. Each sprint has a specific focus, starting with an 8:30 stand-up to lock in priorities.

How many sprints are there in a week? How do you break that down? So we do 4 sprints a day. Yeah, so 2 phone sprints, 2 digital sprints. So if you do 4 sprints then, so what does that look like in the day? Yeah, so we basically, we start at half 8, we do a stand-up, we talk about what our non-negotiables are and what we're planning to do for the day. 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock is our first business development sprint. Yeah, 11 to 1 is then our follow-up sprint to that, because typically when you've done a phone sprint, you've got lots of actions off back a bit that you need to follow up on. Yeah, then we have lunch, kind of do a bit of prep work. We do a little stand-up again and sort of get together before our candidate sprint, talk about what we're looking to achieve. So 2 till 4 is our candidate sprint, and then 4 till 6 we'll do our digital sprint, and that will include any kind of admin, booking interviews, interview feedback, that kind of stuff.
