As soon as you jump on a call with a manager, suddenly you just like freeze up a little bit. You can change that mindset and start having authentic conversation. I remember a really random situation, a hiring manager said, I think I was talking about my little one and we were something along the M4 and he said, oh, instead of going to, you know, this service station, go to this one. I was like, he's like, the kids absolutely love it. And I was like, okay, write that down as a note. And then next time we had a catch-up, I was like, I haven't had a chance to go to that service station yet, but I will. And straight away it just completely took off any barriers that he was like, "Oh, this guy's calling me back again." Got you. So it is just that human approach and being able to smile through the phone makes a hell of a difference.
