What are some of the other things that really then helped you guys continue to grow?
We were coming in every day, suits and ties. We were doing sprints throughout the day, which is, you know, we're all there, all on the phones together, creating that atmosphere and that, that sales floor feel to the, to the room. And not that you need to wear a suit to be a good recruiter, but it just, for us, it's a standard thing. It's, you know, these are the standards, these are our non-negotiables. And that saw us kick on massively in quite a short period of time, and it created that internal competition in a positive way. Guys were trying to outbuild each other, you know, and it was, it was a healthy environment in, in the in a competitive environment at the same time. We were going to, you know, pitches for some bigger clients, some of our big clients now, and we were beating these, you know, 150, 200 people recruiting businesses, and it was us 5 lads out of an office.
