You don't want to throw your client under the bus by saying they're not giving me feedback, right? Because then you all look a bit silly. So if you collated any points of ammunition in that first and second conversation, feedback after round 1, round 2, you could probably lean on that and say, look, I think I know after the second round they mentioned maybe that enterprise sales role. You've done more mid-market, so it's probably something to do with that. They know they should be giving feedback. If someone spent 4 hours through 3 interviews interviewing you and you just say they're a no, that's pretty poor, isn't it? So like, I think We're all talking in theory, right? The client's still got to value their brand. They still got to value the NPS surveys and all this sort of stuff. If they're really difficult, they might not want to do that regardless. But I think if you're speaking to them and saying, look, this person's interviewed with you 3 times, you haven't given them anything, they're out of work at the minute, the market's tough, at least you can do is give me 3 bullets of ammunition how they can improve.
