If I'm listening right now and I've never been transparent with my rates, how would I go about starting to do that?

Okay, so as you know, I need to make some margin on it as well. Where can we fit into it? A happy medium? And just see how it goes. And you'll— what you'll realize is that the candidate is then not thinking of getting screwed over. You've been totally straight with them as well. Nothing to hide.
