A lead can be built from anything, and I think any good call you have, even if it is the first one, you will find out something. Whether that's finding out that, oh, I've just left this company, you then know that that company take contractors. So that puts you in an excellent position to contact that company, say, I know you take contractors, I'm a contract specialist, how can I position myself to be the next person you call when you need another contractor? Because I'm working with X candidate who's just left you, and I know that you think he's good because you wanted to extend him but you couldn't because of XYZ. Anything can be used as part of like business development. Yeah, because it's just so important to try and draw that information out, but you've got to do it in a way that people want to open up to you.
