How are we approaching those phone calls after the LinkedIn and the message?
The first thing I always mention is that we're a partner. And then from there I would look on their LinkedIn profile and see, oh, okay, you know, I've worked with this person and they're connected on LinkedIn. We've done some work with this person. I saw that you are a colleague of theirs and that you guys have spoken in the past. And then I would segue into booking a meeting. I know a lot of times when we're chasing like leads in PI, that the natural thing to do would really be to try to booking an interview and selling a candidate. But just because my role is more of an account development, building relationship aspect of it, my primary goal is to book a meeting because then at that point we can dig into their pain points and, and evaluate solutions from there.
