If I want to bill, let's, let's, $100 grand this quarter. I know what I need to do to bill $100 grand, because I know I'm going to, I need, I'm just going to make a number up that's nice and easy, 10 interviews. And to get to 10 interviews, my objective, I need, I know I need to bring on a certain number of jobs, I need to get a certain number of candidates, etc., etc. So again, you can understand that flow. And then effectively at the end of every week, you can say, right, how did I get on? Did I get my 6 jobs? Did I get my 10 candidates? Did I get my 12 interviews, whatever it might be? And then you pivot for the rest of the quarter. So you say, well, I got enough jobs, but I didn't get enough candidates or interviews, right? Next week I need to, I need to change my time blocks a little bit and I need to have slight more emphasis to catch up on the candidates than I do on the BD. And then you just keep monitoring what you're doing on a weekly basis, which is gonna feed into your monthly objectives, which in turn is gonna get to your quarterly results.
