One of the first conferences that we'd been to was over in Brighton, and this was many years ago. But it's summertime in Brighton, everyone's on a piss-up. Now when I look at it, we come from a strategic outlook. It's who's going to be attending here? Who do I need to speak to? Who do I want to speak to? So when we're attending conference, from a month before, we're already building a pool of specialists, CEOs, stakeholders, anyone that we want to speak to on LinkedIn and starting to reach out. So who are the clients that I want to speak to? And what reason have I got to speak to them? And why should they even want to speak to me? So everything is personalized.
