I thought recruitment would be easier than teaching. Really? Yeah, to be honest, I think that they're both equally as challenging. I really do, in different ways. It's so different. What's been easier, maybe? I think, um, the relationship building is something which is similar with teaching. Like, you have to talk to parents who you don't know very well, and you have to build that relationship. And I think with recruitment, that's something which maybe is quite challenging. But yeah, in terms of other things that I found kind of easy, I think being organized, like the fact that I've got that like skill set already from teaching. Yeah, that definitely helps a lot. That makes complete sense. Like you said, getting to know children, building relationships with parents, then hopefully there's a good chunk there that can transfer over to recruitment.
