Hi, my name's James Dean. I'm head of the IP division at Hamilton Barnes. I manage a small team of recruitment consultants. Being on the panel was a bit tense at the beginning, but by the end of it, nah, I enjoyed it. I think the whole thing's been really enjoyable. Met a lot of, like, anyone from the beginning of their career to the latter part of their career, like business owners, etc., everything in between. I thought it was really cool. It's quite nice to spend time with people that are on a similar journey to you. I think we spoke about this a lot at the event, but There's a lot of bad stigma in recruitment, and I think the event itself actually made it quite obvious that not everyone in recruitment are bad people. Everyone's bouncing ideas off each other, helping each other out. I think it's a bit of like a comfort blanket as well to know that you're not doing that bad and there are people out there to help you. I think it's important to spend time with like-minded people.
