To sell MLOps engineering services effectively, know your prospect's rollout stage, budget, vendors, and current challenges before you pitch. Walking in with that insider knowledge makes it hard for them to say no.
Say you're looking for a, you know, MLOps engineer, right? Without knowing your market inside out, you're kind of going to companies and, you know, saying, hello, you do MLOps and I do MLOps. So should we make it happen? And obviously the answer is going to be no, right? If you know that space inside out, you should be approaching that saying, I understand you're currently rolling out, I understand this is the budget behind it, I understand these are third parties you're using, and these are the current challenges you're having. Kind of weird if they say no, right? Gives you a lot of credibility.
