Let's talk about the social selling piece. I think a lot of people think you'll post a picture or you'll post a video on LinkedIn and you'll get loads of leads come directly to you. That does happen sometimes, but probably one of the best challenges over the last 6 months for me is actually just keeping it off the rollercoaster and trying to keep the pipeline consistent. So I would regularly post content and I would find that clients were coming to me directly at different times, but it would be very much famine or feast, right? They would be all of them coming at one point and then other times you wouldn't have as much leads on. So what I actually found was it's great posting content, great posting videos and everything like that, but also kind of following up alongside it. So we'll be— they'll see our piece of content, we'll then like their post, we'll comment on their post, we'll then send them a video message, and by the time that we're picking up the phone to them, they've seen our name 5 times and they know what we're talking about.
