The difference between trusting in the process and insanity. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Whereas trusting in the process is you have a blueprint to success. You know it's going to work. It's just a matter of time. We don't want to open any new areas. We want to make sure we're known to be the number one, the best within the spaces that we're already in. And then outside of that, we want to see everybody internally succeed. For me, for the boys as well, it's a case of we've been there, done the billions. It's now about seeing each individual succeed. So seeing individuals in the business pay off their wedding in a comms check, individuals that are earning ridiculous money at the moment that can do what they want and have that part of freedom, and just seeing individuals grow. That's what you want to do. We want to have a melting pot of great billers, but also that enables them to be able to do whatever they want in life. And that's when we'll see the success.
