Hishem Azzouz argues that phone calls beat email for winning business. Call prospects fast, have real conversations instead of pitching, and understand their actual problems before asking for anything. Most people won't do it, which is your edge.
It's become a competitive advantage to like pick up the phone basically and actually have a human conversation. Yeah. So if someone replies to me and they're in my campaign, my first port of call would be I'll call them and be like, I thought I'd do the human thing. Yeah. Save an email going into your inbox. Yeah.
Give them a call as quickly as possible.
Yeah. Time is important. Yeah, exactly.
And just say, look, I just got your email. I just thought I'd give you a quick call just so we can discuss this. And don't go straight into the job, you know, don't go straight into the need or why that, you know, Yeah, understand the bigger picture. Try and paint a picture of their business and their challenges and understand the whys and, and all of that sort of stuff rather than just going— and, and that was the mistake in the early days. It's like, send me a, send me a resume. Okay, here you go, here's the CV. And that's nothing. And then nothing.
