Any advice for someone that's like building their recruitment career early out, especially with how saturated the market is right now? I think the first thing is understand what your market is, right? Some will be saturated and some won't. First thing I would do would be to speak to candidates and understand what's going on there first of all. And then I would really double down in that niche. So creating value, making sure that I was the go-to person for the, the candidate side of it. That's where you build your relationships. Rather than trying to go in from a client perspective where it is saturated. And I also think reach out to your competitors, you know, if they're doing something and they're the person that's saturating the market, ask them. And I think there's something in that humility of, you know, what are you doing and how can I emulate that?
