I think people are worried about like how are they going to be perceived. There's always that kind of imposter syndrome insecurity of I haven't built for 7 years, will I be good enough? But if you put enough time and resource in and you update people and you kill them with kindness and you try and provide a bloody phenomenal service, people will be thrilled. The first customer who ended up spending over 6 figures with us, I put a post out on LinkedIn. I've just launched the business. Give me a call. Put my mobile number. No one called me. Yeah, an old contact called me and said, Callum, I've seen your post. I thought I'd give you a call. We're recruiting for a business development director. Can I intro you to our sales director? And that business ended up spending over 6 figures.
