Graham, who was on the podcast, he's a real strong mentor to me. And the only reason that came about was because I said to Paul, the founder here, I need to learn more, I need to do more. And how do I get more knowledgeable around the space, around recruiting in a whole, around life? And I look at people out there in different worlds and roles saying, you know, if you're feeling stagnant or you want to do more, just push, because every founder, business leader has got a mentor of their own that they've worked with or can introduce you to and have conversations with. And as you said earlier, we speak to some incredibly successful people who've be way more successful than I'll ever be, but you can learn 1% of what they do, or half a percent, it's going to make you better.
