The first step was set up a Calendly account. It's the best way to, to manage your, your desk, and it's autonomous. Like, in the US, it's very difficult to get someone on the phone just by cold calling them. It's almost impossible. So I set up a Calendly and I just send my link out, and then my calendar gets filled. Like, I don't have a spare half an hour during the day. I am back to back, and I'd much rather have 17 conversations I know I'm guaranteed to have per day rather make 150 calls and leave 148 voicemails. Like, I'm all about working smarter, not harder.
