Chapters
There's people that come to you and say there's a problem and they might give you some ideas or a solution, or you get people that say there's an opportunity and this is what I'm going to do about it. And there's a difference between someone who moans and thinks they're coming up with an idea or someone who actually just gets things moving, whether it's not in the exact right direction you should be going. But it could be, I don't know, I've just been to a new client and they don't like the way that we price our perm placements. This other agency does this. I've actually pitched them this. I hope you don't mind. You might get in trouble for it, but risk it. Do something that is outside the box and don't wait for someone else to authorize it.
