Solo founders' biggest mistake is trying to go it alone. Surround yourself with high-performing people who challenge you, especially those without domain expertise who can spot blind spots you've normalized over time.

From a business point of view, first, get good people around you. Like, being a solo founder isn't glamorous and isn't cool. Get people around you that you trust. Get people around you that push you and improve you. Get different people's points of view. Get someone who has no idea about recruitment to have a look at your business. Ask them to squat your business. Be astounded at what they find. Just that you think is normal because you've done it for 10 years and then someone else comes in and is like, why the fuck do You do that? Actually, I genuinely don't know.
