Training in Recruitment

Most recruiters know what they should do but forget to do it consistently. A 90-day refresher system on a platform keeps fundamentals top of mind and helps billing managers track who's staying sharp.

Training, I sense, is very ad hoc in recruitment. It's like, oh, maybe we should do some training. There's no process behind it. It's not like, okay, let's just do a 90-day, you know, sales training for all the recruiters every 90 days. Yes, we'll be talking about things they already know, but 80% of everything that we learn is just we just need to be reminded to do the same thing we've already been taught to do. The other 20%, we might actually learn something. So training is not because you don't know what to do, it's because You just need to be reminded to do the basics, which is why your platform's so good. And it's a little bit more systemized where people can just log on. And if they've got a bit of a routine where they go, oh, it's time for me to get my training hit and just refresh myself on the things that I know, but I might be forgetting to implement and just keep doing the fundamental things well, then I think you're right, especially with billing managers. If you've got that training platform, either internally or externally through a platform like yours, it'll probably be much easier to be a billing manager for sure.
