What were some of the immediate differences from UK contract market to doing new business in the US?
I think there was quite a few different things that made it a bit of an initial challenge because there's a lot more kind of partnership to it where clients want you to be able to talk them around like, this is where you're probably going to struggle, this sort of skill set is a little bit more difficult to find, or this might take this sort of time line. They want a lot more of like a transparent partnership, and I found it opened up relationships and clients in the long term, it becomes significantly easier to work with than it was when I was in the UK.
