Zest uses Net Promoter Score to measure candidate experience, scoring +89 overall. Remarkably, 77% of their promoter responses come from rejected candidates, showing that people rate the process highly even when they don't get the job.
Their promoter score is effectively how likely you are to recommend Zest to a friend or colleague. But a lot of it is around the feedback. Again, that +89 NPS score is something that we're incredibly proud of. 77% of that is from candidates who didn't get a job after being in a process through our business. And they will get a survey that says, how likely are you to recommend Zest to a friend or colleague? It will say a 1 to 10 score. A 9 or 10 will be a promoter.
7 and 8 are passive. And then 6 and below is detractors.
We do that, as I say, 77% of the respondees for our MPS scores, people who didn't get a job, people who've been in a process who got told they were a no, who dropped out, whatever that looks like.
