Zest asks users to rate how likely they'd recommend it on a scale of 1 to 10. Scores of 9-10 are promoters, 7-8 are passives, 6 and below are detractors. Zest's NPS is +89, notably driven by 77% of respondents who went through their hiring process but weren't hired.
Their promoter score is effectively how likely you are to recommend Zest to a friend or colleague. But a lot of it is around the feedback. Again, that +89 NPS score is something that we're incredibly proud of. 77% of that is from candidates who didn't get a job after being in a process through our business. And they will get a survey that says, how likely are you to recommend Zest to a friend or colleague? It will say a 1 to 10 score. A 9 or 10 will be a promoter.
7 and 8 are passive. And then 6 and below is detractors.
We do that, as I say, 77% of the respondees for our MPS scores, people who didn't get a job, people who've been in a process who got told they were a no, who dropped out, whatever that looks like.
