A great recruiter listens to what candidates actually want and matches it to what companies need. The difference between good and great is doing the right thing for everyone involved: the candidate, the company, and the people already working there.
I think now what makes a really great recruiter versus what makes a good recruiter is always doing the right thing, whether that is on behalf of your customer, your partner portfolio, on behalf of your candidate, and really listening to what your candidate is looking to achieve in their life, or whether that is within your company, within your team or your stakeholders. If you're always doing the right thing by your customer and the people that work with you, then you're going to be a great team member and you're really going to stand out and make a difference.
