Every recruiter hates using the CRM, by the way. But I think first of all, we articulated the value to our team around what's in it for them. It's not just about what's in it for the business and like, how good is it for the company? That's great for me, Elliot, and our leadership team. But realistically, the consultants coming in, they just care about making money. So we articulated the value of it to our team at an individual desk level and why they should want to use data. And then also fundamentally, like, you do also have to have a conversation about this is what we're doing, this is the direction we're going. If you don't want to get involved in data and this isn't what you want to do, unfortunately I don't know if this is going to work out, but everyone in the business is super bought into it.
