The trick, or the snippets I would always say to anyone in recruitment, is hire graduates into markets that have already been worked. Never put a graduate in a new market. That is a non-negotiable across the whole business because we've done it the other way. I've gone, I'll try and see if that market's moving. It's like, you don't need to put a grad doing that. So quick learn, and then they are assigned to their manager, but in the cohort they will work. They have a very set L&D program they will run through called Ignition over the first 3 months, which is all their first 3 months is literally blocked out of what they do.
So we've got someone in LA, someone in Austin, someone in New York, someone in London, someone in Bristol. So from a coverage standpoint, 80% of people's onboarding and training in their first sort of 3, 4 months will typically be in person. And if it's not in person, then the L&D person will travel.
