You may have seen my LinkedIn posts, hashtag win the day. You get the best out of one day, you get the best out of Tuesday, and so on until Friday. Something's gonna happen, you know what I mean? But if you look at the bigger picture of like what's going to happen this quarter, then that's where you get a little bit like worried. It was coming to the end of the quarter and it wasn't performing that well, but we had a strong pipeline. All we had to do each day was just make sure that each one of those candidates was prepped properly, make sure everything was aligned in terms of salaries, etc., with the client, and the deals were going to come in. Naturally, you start thinking, if we don't hit these deals going to miss this quarter, this quarterly target. But now, if you just zoom in on the day and focus on the inputs and what can I get out of today, that's where you win.
