Hi everyone. My name is Christine Meyer and I am the founder of She Climbs Mountains, a nonprofit organization located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota that serves women and girls who have experienced mother loss. I am also a facilitator for Hope Edelman's Motherless Daughters Community. Over the last 6 months, Hope and I have collaborated to create a community specifically for motherless mothers. Over the next 8 weeks, we will be offering another series specifically for motherless mothers. We understand the need for those of us to gather together with others who truly understand what it's like to navigate parenthood without our mothers available for support and guidance. I'm especially looking forward to connecting during Mother's Day when I know I personally show up not only as a celebrated mother but a grieving daughter.
