Ron + Hope: Unfiltered - I'm So Tired

Ron and Hope Carpenter explore why you're exhausted, breaking tiredness into four types: mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical. Ron argues chronic exhaustion often has spiritual roots like curses or broken covenants, and suggests repentance and praise alongside rest.
Chapters
Hello, guys. Here we are. It's Ron and Hope. Unfiltered, real, raw, relevant.
Why you clap when you do that?
Do I do it every time?
You do it every single time. All 10 years we've been doing this.
You clap 10 years. I think it's the cheerleader in me. What are you looking at? Real.
I was telling you the other night.
Raw.
You know, I was telling you the other night how I think every person I ever dated but one was a cheerleader.
Yes.
And I ended up with a cheerleader. Ain't that amazing? What do you think that is? What do you think it is about my personality profile that likes a cheerleader?
Ron, we really don't need to go into that.
Really.
We're not talking about that today.
We're talking about. I'm so tired, but we can get in that in a minute.
You make me tired when we go here.
We do?
Yes.
I liked your cheering when I saw you earlier in your life.
You never saw me cheer ever.
I saw a video of it. You did? Yes, I did.
You didn't.
I did. Remember? I told you I liked your outfit? That outfit you got hanging in the house? What, you got a cheerleading outfit that you got glassed up, hanging out with your pom pom in there like this with a picture.
You made fun of that outfit. It was a homemade.
Tell them the name of your team. Tell them the name of your team.
It's the Calhoun Falls.
Tell them the name.
Blue Flashes.
What is a blue flash?
You know, flashes that come from the sky. They look like blue.
Nobody does white and blue. No.
Yes.
Nobody's ever seen blue flashes. Nobody here has ever seen blue flashes. I never knew what that was. I remember playing against y' all one time.
You're. We didn't play y'.
All. We did play against you. No, I played against you in a Little League. We really did. Played against y' all in an All Star game. In a Little League.
Oh. We made it to All Stars that year.
You did that year. You did. What you look at your phone for?
Because my daughter is FaceTiming me right now.
That's nothing new right there. That's not. And I'm going to tell you something about our daughter. She knows exactly when to call, don't she?
Shandlin. We are doing a podcast right now, so I'm letting everybody see you. So I love you. Bye.
Remember that time I was preaching and you called me in the middle of one of my messages?
I do.
Mm. She was on a trip and I was preaching. She Called me in the middle of a message. Instead of just letting it go, I answered it.
But what was the ringtone? Remember this is back when you had a ringtone.
I don't remember. I remember I was in the middle of a message. No, I was in the middle of a message preaching about the sound. Remember? Remember how sound.
Yes.
And I was talking about sound. So I demonstrated on you what I was telling everybody. I said, watch this how she's going to respond. I did it. And you responded like that. And the whole congregation went nuts because I told her, I said, this is exactly what she's going to do. I remember that. We need to pull some tricks like that back out. That was good, Ryan. Guys, we're supposed to be today talking about. I'm so tired.
I'm tired because I'm listening to you go around 900 rabbit holes.
Can you let me vent first? Can I start off with a rant?
You've been ranting.
No, I ain't ranted. Yes, I ever ranted. Okay, can I start off with a rant?
Sure. We're waiting.
How do I do this without calling people out?
Ron.
I have never hoped.
Here we go.
Now, we've only had social media since when did start. Oh, eight. Facebook started in 08. I don't know, something like that. Everything else kind of evolved. No, it was MySpace before that. But anyway, Facebook's when I got involved, so 14 years. I have never in 14 years seen more. Talk about anxiety, fear, worry and tired. It's exhausting. Makes me depressed.
I mean, we're tired because they're so tired.
My goodness. There's some pastors that I follow and I mean every single thing they're talking about everybody.
Yeah.
Are you hurting? Are you tired? You know, a prayer for anxiety. Remember these things if you're fearful. And I want to say something here. I've had anxiety, I've been afraid, I've been exhausted. But you empathizing with my exhaustion didn't change it.
No, it's not the answer.
You coming to me and are you exhausted? That. I mean, I appreciate the mercy, but that didn't do anything for my exhaustion. And I get. I get very frustrated because I'm advanced in years now in ministry, 30 something years doing this. I'm not 28 anymore. And so I have a broad perspective. I don't have all the answers, but I have a broad view at it. And I don't understand why nobody's giving them answers. They just keep empathizing with the fact everybody's afraid. Got Anxiety and tired and depleted.
Maybe they don't have the answers, you.
Know, and the fact is I'm over here screaming because I'm a Kingdom preacher. I don't believe Kingdom is a message. I believe it is the message. I believe if you're not preaching Kingdom, you've missed the message. It is the message. It's the only message Jesus preached. And the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation is the incoming of a kingdom, an unshakable kingdom. And Jesus brought that kingdom to earth and said it is at hand. I don't hear it preached. But the fact is the kingdom is not a matter of eating and drinking, but a matter of righteousness, joy and peace in the Holy Spirit, in the Ghost, in the Holy Ghost. It doesn't matter to me. Now look, if you have fear, if you're depleted, if you're anxious, if you're traumatized, if you're worried, you don't have peace and you don't have joy. No, in fact, those characteristics are the absence of peace and joy. So I can do one of two things. Are you hurting today? And I'm not being. I'm not mocking it. Me and hope have hurt, yeah.
And there are people who are hurt.
Absolutely. But what have I done for you? If you say, yes, I am, and I'm saying, okay, you know, we feel you. I mean, I haven't given you anything to pull you out of that hole. Now we have more people on antidepressants and anti anxiety medicines than ever before in history. Could it be that we are trying to solve spiritual problems with natural solutions? Could it be I've always said you can't counsel a devil, you can't medicate a curse. You can't. You see what I'm talking about? Now we're in a generation that has taken spiritual things, drawn a line and said, y' all stay over here. Cause we can do T shirts, Dunkin tanks, lights and smokes. And we can do groups and we can do all this stuff and build a great church without all this Holy Spirit chaos.
Ooh, you better stop right there.
So you stay the spirit of God.
Say it again.
You stay over here. We're not going to talk about curses. We're not going to talk about spiritual warfare. We're not going to talk about angels. We're not going to talk about demons. We're never going to mention hell. We're never going to talk about a stronghold. We're going to. We're never going to talk about demonic principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual, wickedness, and heavenly place. Here's a line. You stay over there.
Yeah, the spiritual things.
We're going to come over here and say. We're going to come over here and say, are you worried?
Yeah, we're going to have fun at church. We're going to make you feel good.
And so you've got a generation. They're all hurting. They're all hurt, worried, they're all full of anxiety and we're empathizing with what's wrong, but we're giving no answers. That's what tore me up about COVID What did the church immediately start doing? It moved to the other side and said, since we can't do anything about COVID we'll be humanitarian.
Right?
We'll pass out food and we'll pass out bread. We did that too. Nothing wrong with that. Not being hypocritical, but where was the church that stood as one voice and stuck its finger in the air and said, Covid, go authority.
You're talking about authority.
Exactly. It was non existent. In other words, since we are powerless to do anything about it, let's come over here and let's help people with rent and let's pass out food. We help people with rent, we paid funeral bills and we helped people with probably a million pounds of food when it was all said and done. So all that's good. But there was nobody who is a major voice in America that gathered the people together and said, let's speak as one voice to this and command it to be cast into the sea.
We didn't either.
We didn't. Oh yes they did. I did it many times, but I don't have that platform. You remember the first day on there, I let in that prayer the first day and it had like 900,000 views in a few hours.
We weren't beating the door down trying to rally people either because it's not received.
It was futile and I knew it was futile. So, you know, we just kind of take what we have, the power that we have. But there was no corporate effort to establish a kingdom, authority and bring that virus under our feet. And it has to be corporate. It can't be one man because Christ is now a many membered man. And so it takes what he did individually, we have to do corporately to have his measure. And so that was a huge frustration to me. And so I see the same thing happening now post Covid with worry and fear and anxiety. We empathize with them and we cry with them and nothing's wrong with that.
But There are answers.
There are answers to that.
We're going to talk about it.
And right out the gate the answer is the kingdom.
Yeah.
And so.
We'Re going to talk about it. But before we do, we just want to say thank you to one of our most special sponsors and it's Noom. You know, one thing that can make you tired, just something in the natural is being overweight. Seriously, I mean, have you ever been overweight?
I ate some KFC chicken the other night, Ron, and it really, it really made me feel bad.
But losing weight can be overwhelming. But not with. No, listen, I started gaining weight here I am going to just tell my business in my 40s and I didn't pay much attention to it because I'd never struggled with weight, had I? I had always been skinny, skinny, skinny. But then when I started gaining weight, I was like, oh, I can lose this. But as the time kept ticking and the older I got, the harder it was for me to lose weight. Well, I was sluggish. I wanted to feel better. So here we are. Got these answers now. Why? Because gaining weight is more than just really what we put in our body has so much to do with how we think. That's our life, you know, how we think is how our life goes. And NOOM has a totally different approach to weight loss. It is psychological, it helps recognize your triggers and it also provides coaching and daily lessons. That's why I love it. Noom has helped more than 3.6 million people lose weight, y'.
All.
That's a lot of people.
That's a lot.
And you can also choose your level of support from 5 minute check ins to all the way over to personal coaching. You know why? This is one of my favorite sponsors and I appreciate all you guys at noom and we're behind you. We hope we're a blessing to you. But one of no, not one of the most purchased teaching series I've ever done was Mind World to this date, 2015. And it was all about how much dealing with your mind is really the way you deal with your life. I can't fix my life if I don't fix my mind. The fact is you can't fix your weight if you don't fix your mind.
That's so true.
You can't fix your body if you don't fix your mind.
And I think Noom has so encapsulated that approach. Real, genuine, true, healthy approach.
That approach aligns to weight loss with core values we have. You've got to affect this to affect everything else. So.
So let's get back.
Grateful for our sponsors, the Kingdom. Hope you know, I probably got 150 messages on the Kingdom. So I can't come in here in eight or ten minutes and talk about it. But the Kingdom, when Jesus came into the earth, he didn't just come to give us a meal ticket to heaven and make sure we have fire insurance from hell. He came because he wanted heaven to break back in the earth. Because when Adam was on the earth, that was his original intent. And God walked with Adam. Adam didn't have any anxiety. Adam wasn't worried about anything until sin entered the world. And sin entered the world. Sin affected the mind. It was the tree of knowledge. The tree had knowledge in it. It affected the intellect. And now fear enters the mind. Sinful thoughts, thoughts we have to pull down, strongholds, ways of thinking. You know, I could go on into how that degenerates into so many other things. And Jesus came into the world as an extension of his rule. A kingdom is the extension of rule. And he said, I want to take heaven, take my country and bring it back into the earth. Because earth was never meant to operate side of heaven. That means that Jesus had keys. So he said, I give you the keys of the kingdom. Whatever you bind on earth, I'll bind in heaven. Whatever you loose on earth, I'll loose in heaven. In other words, he said, if you activate it, I'll activate it. If you ignore it, I'll ignore it. So in other words, there's not one key to the Kingdom. There's many keys. So there's many keys to righteousness, joy and peace in the Holy Ghost. I can't give you joy and peace just by empathizing with the fact you're hurting. The only way I can give you joy and peace is to give you the Holy Spirit, which is never talked about.
Never.
And in the Holy Spirit, in the righteousness, joy and peace in, not outside of. There's our problem. I'm trying to give people spiritual things without the Spirit himself.
Yeah, he inside of us, righteousness, joy in him.
It comes with him. So if I don't teach people about Him, I can't fix this other problem. And I Don't know in people's mind how they separate. Yeah, they separate and say, I can fix this. Like a piece. You have, but we're going to keep the Holy Spirit over here.
So here I am. I'm a church person. I'm coming to you for counseling, which I know you love to do counseling. I'm not a good counselor, but here I am. I'm coming to you for counseling. Okay, Pastor, I am so tired. I just feel like I want to throw my hands up. I'm so overwhelmed. What do I do?
I would talk about natural things and spiritual things. That's exactly what I would do. We now talk about natural. There are sometimes you're just naturally tired. There's. Sometimes I work 14 hours and I'm tired.
Yeah, you need to go to bed.
There's sometimes. I've worked three weeks in a row and haven't taken a day off, and I'm depleted.
You work what, three.
Three weeks in a row?
You said reeks.
You make words up.
No, this is. You do it every podcast. Here it is, guys. Three reeks. Three stinks. Three reeks in a row. What are you drinking? Here's your cup. What are you drinking?
I was thirsty today. Cause I worked out this morning.
Oh, God. Okay. Some things are just natural.
They're just natural. I don't know if I can't remember. We do so much. I can't remember what I talked, where I need to keep better notes. Let me go natural. There's four forms of energy. You tell me you're depleted. You tell me you're tired. You have mental energy, spiritual energy, emotional energy and physical energy. Okay? And what I would try to do is counsel you, to help you find a balance between what depletes you and what replenishes you. So you gotta be aware, number one, you've gotta track the things. What makes you tired, spiritually, you gotta be aware of that. You gotta track it. And physically, you gotta. What makes you tired, physically, what makes you tired, emotionally, what makes you tired mentally. Can I just give some examples? Emotionally, drama exhausts me.
Yeah.
Emotionally. You know how I am with drama. I'll come at you like a vampire with a cross. I cannot stand drama. Drama. I can hear people when I hear they do the Housewives or something, and they show a clip of these women going in. I get tired. I get tired. Just looking at it just makes me. I'm like, I couldn't watch that show. That show would tear. I'd have to go get into bed after I listened that up. What exhausts me mentally making decisions? You know me, when I ride home late at night, I want to play music with no words. People say, why don't you listen to stuff while you're working out? I don't want to listen to anything when I work out.
You don't want to think?
I don't want to think. So it mentally exhausts me to be in these meetings and to make decisions all day that affect a lot of people's lives. That exhausts me physically when I don't sleep well. So now what am I doing? I'm beginning to track the things these right here take from me. A lot of you think your gift replenishes you. Your gift depletes you. When you're functioning in your gift, it's not pouring in. Yeah, it's taking away. So I realize in my gift that depletes me. So I'm tracking these areas. Now here's what ron Carpenter, the 20 and 30 year old, didn't do. I thought a Superman had an S on my shirt and I can just plow through. But now I have a lot more days off. Now I do more trips. Now I do more devotion and reading time. Now sometimes I come in, if I'm leaving late, I'll come in late. Why? Because I've learned this is what replenishes me. What replenishes me? Quality time with you. Not trying to get points. Quality time with you. What replenishes me. Different scenery. What replenishes me. Nice environments. I love a nice meal. I love a nice meal. I got that from my dad. I love a nice meal. When we didn't have money, I'd take all the money I had and take you to a nice place. Because I love a nice meal. Those things, a drive. Sometimes I'll just let you say, let's go get an ice cream.
Working out?
Yep. Most of you are saying, this stuff is so basic. Yeah, but how many of you do it? Because I can tell you, I came to a place in my late 30s where I had no gas left in the tank. Because when you're young, you think you're the exception. And I'm going to tell you something, you're not the exception.
You feel it as much.
You're not the exception. I don't care how anointed you are. I thought, well, I'm anointed for this. You're not. And there'll come a time you have to balance what's going out, what's coming in. I say it like an ATM machine. If I keep going and making withdrawals and never make deposits, what is it going to do? One day account empty. So you're going to go to the well one day and there's nothing in there. I begin by age 54 to see the warning signs of when I've spent about all I have and then I usually know it. Sometimes I look at you and say, you got to get me out of here. I'm just a day or two but you got to get me out of here. I'm just done, you know, 15 years ago. I didn't do that.
No, you didn't.
I just tried to plow through it. Those are natural things and I would try to walk you through an awareness of those four areas of energy. What is taking away from you, what's really pulling on you? Where are the areas that are depleting you and then what are the things that refresh you? Refresh and replenish another one.
So those are natural. We're going to talk about the spiritual side of this, but before we do, we're going to shout out to another one of our sponsors. That's crazy. Thank you to all of our sponsors and thank you stamps.com. we got like, you know, about 15 minutes left. You want me hit the spiritual side?
Yes, absolutely.
The spiritual side of things. Hope, I'm getting ready to talk about start a series called Hidden in plain sight. Out of watching all of these major, major voices, a lot of these guys are my friends. I love these guys. But over and over, and I mean on a daily basis addressing this, and I'm saying we must have a huge problem.
Well, we do.
And when there's a problem, if the pulpit's not giving solutions, where do they go? I mean, really, where do they go? And so one of the things I want to talk about is spiritual dynamics, which I know that just makes a lot of people uncomfortable with. But the Bible talks about curses. Curses is not a witch turning a stew. And, you know, hocus pocus. Curses are restrainers. Curses are where you give out constant energy with no progress. Curses are when, no matter how hard you try and you know there's something you're supposed to possess, there's a bungee cord tied to your back that always snaps you back into something. Most of the time. Curses are directly, really directly connected to a family iniquity.
Curses keep you from living out the life of God, the kingdom, life of God, heaven invading earth that he died for.
Yep, curses. A lot of people think of curses in the Hollywood sense. You know, it's not anything like that. Curses is when the enemy has come before God. Read Job, chapter one, and brought before God a legal right, an accusation to restrain you. Yeah, he's found something in your family. He's found an inconsistency in you, found something to legally restrain you. And the whole nature of a curse. We're talking about being tired. The whole nature of a curse is to weaken. Balak, the king of Moab, saw that Israel was growing mightier, and he knew he couldn't defeat them, so he hired Balaam. You remember, the donkey spoke to Balaam. He hired Balaam to put a curse on them. And this is what he said. I want you to curse the people of God and make them weaker. The very nature of a curse is to tire you out o way.
So what you're saying is maybe if people are so exhausted, they need to delve into their family or their life or vows they've made, that curses they're.
Living under, going back into. I heard one pastor say one time that he never. He only. He never met his grandfather. His grandfather passed away, like when he was 2. He said he sure never met his great grandfather. And he said there was a financial restraint upon every business he had. He said he could not understand it. He said he had things in order, had things in place. He was a tither, he was a giver, did everything right, he said, with absolutely no breakthrough. And he said he was made aware through someone else of an old family. Debt where his grandfather had a business and somebody working for him was harmed and was kept from reaching his destiny because of an injury. And his grandfather never paid, he said, and he had to go make that right. He said he made it right on a Friday with that family. He said he repented of it to them and to God. He said that Sunday, he said, was an economic tidal wave that was released. He said, why? There was a restraint, There was a depletion and a restraint there in place.
And no matter what he did, by.
What he did, no matter what he did. And he said, and it went all the way back to something that was not compensated and a debt that my family owed. And until that covenant had been repaired, that could not be released. Curses are restrainers that deplete you and spend your energy doing that good with no result. And, and, and hope deferred makes the heart sick. When you set your expectations on a thing and then you execute with all your energy to head there and it never comes, then that's where you have people. I'm out of vision.
Yeah, I'm tired. I don't want to do this anymore.
I'm out of dreams.
Tired of working so hard.
Yeah, I give up.
It never happens for me.
I'm just going to go back, you know, that's when that happens. And nobody's talking about this stuff, Hope, nobody's talking about it. And I don't know why we've just thrown spiritual things out the door because people are under the taskmasters of things that have gone on in their family and unkept words and broken covenants and vows. And these things are working on people and they're swinging and don't know what they're swinging at.
The run. It's work. It's all this is. This is a lot. This is heavy. This is like you gotta do work to get free.
You gotta make things right.
Yes, to get free. And I don't know if people are willing to do that work. I know even in just what we went through in our marriage, the work it took to dig to the bottom of things and the work it took to, to repair breaches and the work it took for me to even sit down with my parents and say, okay, we're going to talk today. We're going to go back generation, generation, generation and find out why I'm struggling with the things I'm struggling. People, I think they know it's work and it seems too overwhelming.
I was there. You were never disrespectful, but you were much Stronger than that. You said somebody's going to talk to me. Yes. Why? I'm fighting something and I don't know what I'm fighting. And you're tired and you're weary and you are out of your mind. You are out of your value system. You are out of what you even believe to be true, but swinging at the air, having no idea what you're fighting at. And other people have these revelations where you can connect the dots and at least in the Spirit, you can make it right. Even if I can't go back and repair something that happened four generations ago, the fact is I can make it right with God and I can take away any legal right from the enemy by the blood of Jesus. Why? Because the Bible says Jesus became a curse for us. Whoo. There is. Jesus gave us the possibility legally to rid ourselves and come out from under any curse. But we have not made the application.
Yeah. Yeah.
The application is when you've got to find this out, get Revelation and go to work renouncing, repenting and repairing when you have the opportunity to do that. But they make you weak. And the Bible says in Deuteronomy 28 that if you do not observe all these things I've commanded you this day, then all these curses shall come upon you and shall overtake you. In other words, there's a progression. It shall pursue you, overtake you. And ultimately, if it's not dealt with, it'll take you down. And it takes some people to, I'm done. I'm on drug. My life, well, I'm going to drink my life. Well, I'm going to go crazy.
That's the husband who leaves out and goes to take the trash out and ends up in Utah.
Ends up in Utah.
You don't know where he's at. You're like, how did that happen to Bill? Bill was done.
Bill's a deacon. Bill's a good man. But you didn't know inside how depleted Bill was because of the inability to move his life forward. When people. We are built to be fruitful by this. It glorifies our Father that we bear much fruit. So we are built to be fruitful. We're designed, we are wired by God to be fruitful. When that stops, many times there's a spiritual activity that is going on. Can it be natural? Yeah. Sometimes you just need a vacation.
Sometimes you need to sleep in.
Yeah. But a lot of times, baby Dolly, it's a lot bigger. Yeah, it's a lot bigger.
You just got to know those four areas in Your life. And you've got to be aware of them. I mean, just like me in the. We're talking about spiritual things now, but in the natural, sometimes I'll look at you and say, baby, I'm not even going into work tomorrow. I can't. I have hit a wall and I just need to stay in my pajamas. And because I know next week I got to preach twice. I got to travel here and there, whatever. I just need to stay home and detox. I need to stay home and clean my house. I need to get some laundry done.
You like to piddle. Piddling replenishes you.
It does, it does. And you have to know yourself to know what you need to do.
Yep. I, I can't give a full blown dissertation on, on what to do about curses because now I probably got a lot of people saying, you know what you're describing me.
Yeah.
I got, I'm, I'm. I'm gonna be we real and relevant. This is how I'll close. I have been seeking the Lord about the past month in my private time. And this is why it's my private time. So I don't normally say it publicly about being cynical because I've gone through a long span, especially recently, of people that don't keep their word to the place where I don't believe anybody anymore. Just every time somebody tells, they don't ever keep their word. They don't ever do what they're supposed to do, they don't ever keep their word, they don't keep their promises, they break covenant. And it's happened over and over and over. And not just little things on grand scales. And so I feel myself, you know, it starts at pessimistic, but it'll degenerate into just being downright cynic. And I can't be effective.
No, that's a ploy and a plot of the enemy.
Yeah, I can't be effective with a posture like that. It's not my posture, but I felt it happening to me. And so I have just started saying, God, is there anywhere where I haven't kept my word? God, show me. Is there, is there somewhere where I've told somebody I would be something or would do something and I failed them, why? To not only renounce it and apply the cross to it in the spirit, but if there's a way to make that covenant. Right. Because we don't know how big it is. Just when you break your word, what you're doing, you know, the power of a word. And when you just break it. And then people will break the word, they so flippantly and don't think nothing about it. If I know that I've lied or broke my word, it just takes me down. And so I would just have some people y' all like, man, this is heavy. I thought y' all was going to make me laugh today. I always want to have a comedic tone, but I always want to help you, too, right? And the fact is there can be very, very practical ways to replenish yourself. But if you're seeing an extended season of time that no matter what you do, you can't win, you need to say, this is far beyond a vacation or an overnighter somewhere or a weekend trip. This is. I need to examine, is there something in my life, something in my family, something in my heritage that is pursuing me and trying to overtake me? Because the Bible says that these things can go for four to five generations deep.
It does.
So you can be swinging in the air fighting a battle that somebody you didn't even know started.
And that seems so unfair.
It does, it does. And I've probably told God that, you know, it's hard for me to fight things when I can't even meet the people to find out what it is. But these things are very, very real.
But at the end of the day, God's word stands. He don't lie. And he says to put on. Put it on the garment of praise for the. For the spirit of heaviness. It's a trade. If you're heavy, if you're depressed, if you're sad, if you're tired, if you just feel like throwing your hands up and giving up, the Bible says, put it on. Put it on like a garment. Put on the garment of praise. I promise you, you put on praise and worship in your house and you just praise God. Turn the television off, put the kids in the bed or bring the kids in there with you and just have a praise guest.
You cannot praise and be depressed at.
The same time because you're focusing on him, his goodness, his kindness, his sweetness, his faithfulness, his trustworthiness. You cannot think about the attributes of God and think about his goodness and what he's done for you and be depressed. Put on the garment of praise today.
And listen to what the spirit of heaven. Listen to what Balaam came back and told Balak. He went and saw him and he recognized something and he came back, said, I can't curse them. He said, why? He said, because you cannot curse what God has blessed. So I just speak the blessings of God over you. I hope that this has ministered to you. I hope it's not too heavy, but I hope it has inspired you to get some answers about your own life. Me and Hope love you. And until next time, it's Ron and.
