How Do I Know If It Works For Me?

Idalia Salsamendi explains her 12-week Catalyzer Lab program launching April 6, built on 20 years of PR and strategy work. She argues lasting growth requires repeatable systems, not motivation spikes, and past clients have seen 2-4x business growth. The real question is whether you're ready to think like a founder, not whether the program works.

Hey guys, this is kind of— no, not kind of, this is a really impromptu post because I had something else planned for you guys and then I scratched that idea and I wanted to do something a little different because I got so many wonderful DMs and emails from the last Substack I did talking about my lab starting April 6th and the questions. And you are like, you guys are spot on. Like, you guys are really— I could tell that you're not just consuming to consume. Like, you're actually considering what it would look like to do things differently this year. And I want to say that that's where real shift begins. So I'm going to address the questions that keep coming up, because if you're thinking them, you are not alone. And I want you making this decision to work with me from a place of clarity, not from a place of like hesitation or fear. All right, so I think the biggest question that I've gotten is, um, and I have my notes here, so bear with me if you see my eyeballs moving around, is how do I know if what I'm teaching is gonna work for you? I get it, and I'm gonna push the boundaries here a little bit And I'm going to suggest that maybe the better question is whether you are willing to finally operate like a founder and CEO instead of someone experimenting with content. Because what I do inside the Catalyzer, my private lab, is not based on trends. It's based on actual systems that have already been proven across industries, niches, and levels of audience. I've been doing this for over 20 years, guys. All right? I have built and I have executed strategies for some of the top creators and founders and brands, models, actors. So the reason those results compound is not because these people are more talented or, yeah, Idalia, they have a gazillion followers. No, it's because they are positioned correctly. And they're operating with structure, right? So this is what makes their content searchable. This is what makes everything that they do strategic. And all of this is directly tied to revenue. Like, if you come in expecting more ideas, you will stay exactly where you are. Trust me on this. But if you come ready to implement a system that removes decision fatigue, if you come in wanting a system that clarifies your positioning in this oversaturated world, if you are ready to build multiple paths of income, then think about it. The outcome is not the question of it. It becomes a question of how fast are you going to move on this? Second question that I always get is, I don't have 12 weeks. Do you have something shorter? Again, I understand the question, and I really want you to sit down and hear what you're asking me, because underneath there is a desire for immediate immediacy. And I'm here to tell you that is the exact reason why you feel stuck. You cannot do years of inconsistency, years of unclear positioning, years of reactive content and habits in a few days and expect for it to hold, right? Like the same way that you can't go to the gym for 3 days, leave sore, and expect a transformation that actually lasts. What you would get from something shorter mark my words, is a temporary spike in your motivation. And sure, maybe you're going to have some few ideas and you're going to get excited, and then you're going to find yourself right back to where you are right now because the structure hasn't changed. The work that we're going to be doing together is about building something that compounds. Okay, well, what does that mean? That means you have to do it repetitively. That means that your systems have to become second nature so your content starts working for you. And you don't have to constantly thinking about what you're going to be doing next. So you know that I lay it thick. If you're looking for immediate gratification, this will frustrate you. Yeah. But if you're looking for a shift that actually carries you through the rest of the year and beyond, then this is the exact kind of timeline that's going to create that for you. I'm not about a 5-minute miracle. I'm about transformations that last. Look at my testimonials page. This is how I 2x to 4x businesses. And another common question I get, and this one like, like it pains me, so when people ask me or when they tell me that they've tried other programs before, that didn't work for them, what makes me different? What makes a Catalyzer different? Okay, so most programs are going to give you information and they're going to leave you to figure out like what you need to execute on, um, which is where I feel you're going to end up— yes, you're going to end up with more knowledge, they're going to teach you, but you're going to keep the same patterns you've always had. Because nothing about you structurally, structurally has changed. So what we do in the Catalyzer is vastly different because you're not learning from someone documenting their personal journey, right? I'm not sharing what worked with me one particular time, or because I have a rich husband, or because Daddy's rich, and not, you know, because it worked for me, it's going to work for you. No. You're learning from someone who has spent over 20 years inside this industry. 20 years of me building and managing and scaling. Now is when I'm giving you the exact framework that has consistently worked time and time and time again. All right. My background is PR and talent management. I've seen what behind the scenes looks like. I know what drives growth. I know what people want. I know about long-term positioning, and I'm going to be teaching you how to apply all of that to your own business, no matter what niche you're in, so that it's structured, repeatable, sustainable. And I keep saying it, but that is like what I want you to get out of this. Do I want you walking away with inspiration? Sure. I mean, it's great to feel inspired, but I don't want it to end there. You're going to walk away with a framework that tells you what you are building every time you show up. You're going to work through a framework that connects to your income, because if you don't make an ROI, then what's the point? And you're going to have a system that you can repeat without starting over. And I'm going to tell you that that is a shift that most people never make. They never make it. They stay stuck in their cycles of efforts without results. So if you've been feeling that gap, this is where you and I are going to close it. All right, I always say hand to heart, I'm here for you guys. I'm here for your growth. You can go to my testimonials, you can DM people that worked with me before. I care, I care, and I want you to thrive. I want you to succeed. So if you're ready for me to be your personal trainer, we're going to go to the gym and we're going to get you fit business-wise. I'd be honored to do it. So again, this came impromptu. I mean, I didn't— I'm not wearing any makeup. Um, but I get— I got so many questions from the Founders Workshop, so I did want to address them. I did want to talk to you guys, and from the bottom of my heart, I look forward to working with you in April.
