Instagram is notoriously known for shadow banning, so I'm going to teach you how to detect if they are doing it and how to stop them. By the way, this all came about because recently these are the views on my reels and I'm like, WTF is going on? They're so low. Like, these were the numbers I used to be pulling. Huge difference. And this is where I saw that they actually removed a story of mine, and because they removed it, they actually stopped promoting or showing my next videos and stories to non-followers, hence the shadow banning.
