Jack Canfield endorses The 30 Day Sobriety Solution, a program combining NLP, EFT, visualization, and meditation to help people in recovery. He observed that rehab centers lack structured activities and practical tools, and says this 30-day system has worked with hundreds of people and can be used by counselors and coaches.

You know, having two children that were alcoholics that had to go through rehab. One of the things I noticed when I would visit them at a rehab center or a sober living center is that a lot of times they were sitting around bored. And everyone I ever met working in those situations was really committed to making a difference in the lives of these people, to give back. Many of them, people who had recently recovered and become, you know, maintain their own sobriety. And yet often the younger people that were there working with people didn't have the skill sets they needed or the tools they needed to really create more interesting things to do. I noticed that maybe there was an AA meeting, maybe there was a yoga class, maybe there was a massage, maybe there was a therapy session, but there was like maybe five or six hours of the day were taken up with that, but then There were another 11 hours that nobody knew what to do with. And so I think this book, the 30 Day Sobriety Solution, really offers a ton of tools that come not only from the world of sobriety, but also from the human potential movement. We know so much now about neuro, linguistic programming and eft, emotional freedom techniques, the power of visualization and meditation and so forth. And we've developed a 30 day program of techniques and tools that allow people to move through a sequence. I call it a system that gets them from where they started out to really embracing their sobriety. And so I really think this is a tool that everyone that's working in rehab, in counseling, as a sobriety coach, whatever, you find a lot of tools that you can use to add to your tool bag, whether you use it as a system of 30 days or just take from it and apply it and integrate it with what you're already doing, I think you're going to see this as a great resource. So I hope you give the book a look and take advantage of the tools that we've put together and use successfully now with hundreds of people to help them achieve their sobriety.
