Hi, I'm Jack Canfield. I know many of you are out there right now, and you're setting goals for the new year. And I want you to think about something. How many times have you set a goal and not achieved it? How many times have you gotten to December or early January and you're writing down your goals? You go, I wrote that down last year. I still don't have it. I still weigh 200 pounds instead of 185. I'm still not exercising three times a week. I'm still not meditating. I still haven't earned the amount of money I want to make. Well, I can relate to that. That used to be me. And there's also a lot of students that I deal with. But what I've now learned after 40 years of exploring this field of success and goals and achieving goals and so forth, is that there are some reasons when you're setting goals and how you set them and what you're setting them on that are stopping you from achieving them. Maybe you're setting goals that are shoulds rather than want tos. And whenever you do that, some part of you doesn't want to do it, just doesn't get around to it. If you're not setting goals from your passions, from the things that really excite you, from the things that maybe are outside the norm of what you think you're supposed to be or who people expect you to be, then what happens is you just shut down. There's no juice, there's no excitement, there's no motivation. That's just one of many reasons why people don't get their goals. So if you'd like to know some of the other reasons why and how to solve them, I want to invite you to come to this new community we've created. It's called Jack Canfield's Inner Circle. And you can get there by going to jackcampfield.com I. I hope you'll join me and thousands of other people who are achieving their goals and creating the lives they want. You can be one of those people, too.
