The 30-Day Sobriety Solution | Jack Canfield

Jack Canfield presents a 30-day at-home program for cutting back or quitting alcohol. It tackles three barriers that keep people from seeking help: public exposure, cost, and time. The self-paced approach lets people work privately and affordably.

When we wrote the 30 day sobriety solution, we were really writing it for three groups of people. Number one, if you have a problem with alcohol of any kind, whether you want to seriously cut back or whether you want to quit altogether, this book will help you do that. And you know, it makes it easier and it's a proven system that works. Now the other group we wrote this for, if you're watching this is perhaps you have a family member or a friend or an employee, or even a boss, someone you care about deeply, maybe who has a problem with alcohol. And this is a book you can buy and you can give to them. We recommend you read it along with them, maybe be a support system together. It's very, very powerful and profound. And the third group we wrote this for are the professionals. So if you're watching this and you're a professional and you're working with people who have challenges with addiction and with alcohol, wanna strongly encourage you. Get a copy of the book. Use some of the practices and techniques in your own work with your clients and your patients. But also think about getting giving the book as a resource to people to go along as an ancillary program to what you're doing with them in the office, the rehab center, the sober living center, or your clinic. There are a couple major deterrents that keep people from really addressing and successfully handling their problems with alcohol. Number one is public exposure. Most people don't want to have to admit in public that they have a problem. We hide it. And so what happens is we don't go to AA meetings, we don't go to rehab, we don't tell anyone, we don't work with the psycholog. You know, perhaps it was going to report back to our company. And if you're in the military, you don't want it to go on your record when it comes time for advancement and all of that. So the beauty of this program is you can do it in the privacy of your own home and you can do it at your own pace. And we know it works. So you can really shortcut all of that. Secondly is money. Most people don't have the money to go into a Ford to take a 30 day or 60 day or 90 day retreat and go into rehab. So that's a big problem for a lot of people. And the other one is time. A lot of people don't feel like they can take a month off of work and come back and have their job still be there or come or, you know, just literally stop making money. If you're a solo entrepreneur or something like that. So again, you can do this an hour a day, two hours a day if you want, and you do it at your own pace over time. And literally within 30 days, you can have a magical transformation in your relationship to alcohol by either seriously cutting back or totally quitting. We've seen it happen over and over and over, and this is available for you now and it never was before. So take advantage of this, get a copy of the book and go ahead and do it.
