What does it take to become financially free as a creative designer? Nobody teaches this in real time, right? And I'm telling you guys, I've learned from some of my best mentors who are really good in managing their money. And when it comes to investment, when it comes to savings, how much exactly we have to do and how they have really made a successful career out of it. And how I also saved lakhs of rupees because of this particular technique. What I'm going to teach you, okay? But I'm not a financial consultant or financial advisor or something else. It's a caution that I'm giving you. I've tried to learn from my mentors and I've successfully implemented it. Okay? Which I'm going to be teaching you. Being a creative designer, when you go for a job, when you're doing a freelancing project, how do you really manage your money? Because when my mentor says earning money is easy, managing money is difficult, I really do not understand it. But after making a lot of loss and mistakes then I really got the point. So if you listen to this podcast, you will get the clarity. Guys, take a lot of notes. Let's jump into this podcast. So what are all the important elements when it comes to managing the money? Like let's say I'll make it in a very simple format so that you can understand this. Okay? There are five elements. First of all, whatever money you're earning, like let's say if you're earning thousand rupees, okay, I'm just giving you with a small number so that you can understand better. So you have to imagine that only 900 rupees belongs to you. 100 rupees goes to your saving account. The first action point is create a very different account. Maybe a different bank. Or if you're using the same bank, you can create another new account. Maybe in your in your parents name or in your spouse name or in your name also. That's not a problem. But every month when you receive the salary, the very first thing, if you put in your thing is 10% of whatever you earn. Let's say if you are earning 1 lakh you should put 10,000 in your saving. That's it. Hey Jagdish, I'm already in a big debt. To come out of the debt only I'm telling you guys because initially I was also asking this kind of a stupid questions. But later I came to know saving this 10 percentage without any fail. And you should not touch this, this doesn't belong to you, right? This Is is not going to be spent for you. This is going to be your lifetime. This is going to be a very different purpose which I'll be telling you. Okay, so just do this 10 percentage of your whole sum like this. If you're earning 50,010 percentage, 85,010 percentage exactly. Calculate, transfer it on the same moment when you got the salary or create a immediate transaction every single month first so that automatically the 10 percentage amount goes to your savings account. And do not touch this even in your deathbed. You should not touch that. That is the kind of discipline you need to have. Let me tell you guys, I have touched this savings in my difficult situation and I really troubled a lot and I was really suffered a lot because of that issue and a problem because I was not trusting my mentor's words initially. Later, after realizing that mistake, I have exactly found whatever I did. And then now I'm becoming financially free step by step. So this is coming after a lot of years of testing and proven methodology principles. Guys, I have read the book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I've read the book called Richest man in the Babylon. I have attended some of the financial gurus like, like there is a guy, Sandeep, Dr. Sandeep Arora. And I have attended one of the seminars with Blair Singer, Rajiv Teltreja, Siddharth Rajshekar, Brian Tracy. Can I tell you guys, everybody talks about the same thing. Even if you watch them hundred times, hundred different times in 100 different webinars, on their books or in their recordings, on their podcast or YouTube channel, everybody says save 10%. That's not for you very first step. Okay, the second important step is you have to pay all your taxes in full. You should not skip any of your taxes. That's a very important element. Okay, this include in the first point. The second thing is starting from 1 percentage to 10 percentage do charity. Let me tell you guys, you should give charity without any expectation. Don't think that if you give more, we'll get back more. If you give and help others, you will get more. That's true. But that should not be a carried away point for you. You should mindlessly do it. Whatever. Like let's say if you want to give 1%, do it. I'm giving 3 percentage right now. I will slowly increase it to 5 percentage in the coming months and I will go up to 10% because that's my real goal. What I've set. My mentor really gives 10 percentage to charity. You can choose any charity, any charitable organization, temples or Education, institute or food, whatever is your choice. You can do it guys. Okay? The next important thing is have a very different account for your travel. Okay? So apart from your running expenses, apart from your savings, apart from your charity, have some little expenses for your travel. This comes after you start earning surplus. This starts after you started making your savings account successfully. This starts after you started investing for your charity and then you have an account for travel. Okay? Okay. Whenever you're traveling for a weekend or whenever you're traveling for a vacation, over once in a year or twice in a year, you have to use that money and you can put as much as you want based on the remaining amount, whatever you get. And the next account is hospital and emergency. Like let's say if you have some kind of an emergency, okay, you can get an insurance policy. That's also a good idea. But I would say you need to have your own savings done very clearly because insurance at sometimes they'll tell you will get the cash later, insurance will not cover this, that or a lot of problems will come up. That's why you need to have a cash account with hospital. And sometimes you can have your best credit card which is a maximum paying amount which can help you in a very, very endangered situation. Later you can ask that bank to pay in EMIs, but do not pay credit cards to buy some TV, fridge, washing machine, car, this, that and all. Don't do that. That's completely a big mistake which I was also doing earlier. I've learned from that. So don't do that mistake and learn it, learn it from somebody who is saying that. Okay? In fact this is all coming from my learnings, whatever I've learned over the years. And after you have this hospital account which is for emergency management of your fund, then have your investment account. Okay? So this goes into your real investment. See guys, being a creative designer, definitely you will have a lot of aspirations. You might be having an aspiration of creating your own studio. You might be having an aspiration of getting some some high end product and gears like let's say Apple MacBook or maybe iMac devices or maybe a 10 lakh workstation or maybe a Asus gaming laptop or something. You will have some passion and hobby, right? Or maybe some people have a passion to start their industry. Some people have a passion to really invest in some mutual funds, in some financial stock market, some share market. So you might have different aspiration. So invest whatever you got apart from this into those savings account. That's purely for your investment. Sorry, please take a moment I don't want to re record this guys. I wanted to make it as natural as park me. That's why I'm doing this. So the fifth important thing is you need to have your investments ready. Hey Jaggish, I don't even have the money now. It's okay, you can save as much as 100 rupees now every single month. 100 rupees every single month. Thousand, thousand rupees. In one year you will get 10,000 rupees. 10,000 is very good to invest in your stock market. By that you can get a 10 to 12 percentage average return on investment, right? So year on year, think about it. In over a 10 year span of time you can earn 1.5 lakhs. And over a span of 20 years you can even learn 5 lakhs close to it. So any which way 10 years is going to go, any which way 20 years is going to go, right? But end of the 20 years you will have at least 10 lakh rupees in your account. How does it make a difference? It makes a huge hell, a lot of difference. People don't understand the value of investing and multiplying their account. People understand savings is important, but they don't do it. People know multiplication of the resource and wealth is important, but they don't know where to do, how to do, when to do, what to do. That's why you need to really talk to a proper financial expert who can really help you in stock market, mutual exchange or investment in any of the good products or even in the share market which industry is really good. Please consult with a proper financier to do it but have a percentage of the money for it. Here I'm going to be telling you in this podcast, you have to allocate some money. How much? It's up to you. Where it's up to you. And based on the financial knowledge, whatever you're getting, consult with good people who made a success. Don't just go with some random guys and get lost your money. Okay, so let me recap you guys. The first is 10 percentage must you need to save it, create a new account. Second is create a new account for your charity. You have to give the charity through that thing starting from 1 percentage to 10 percentage, you can do anything. And the third is you need to save for your travel expenses like let's say for vacation or luxury or holiday. Fourth is you need to have a hospital and emergency expenditure. And the fifth is you need to have for your investments and multiplying your resources. If you do this consistently for one year, guys, 12 months, definitely you will have saved at least 15 to 20% of your amount which would have lost in any of the spendings which you are not aware of. See, if you have the money in your account, you will definitely have a habit of spending. That's a common human tendency, right? That is why you need to forget that you are earning only 900 rupees. If you earn 10,000 rupees, 10% goes to your savings. Within that 900 you will start planning things guys. See you are not going to give the 10 percentage to me or somebody, right? End of the day you can even take this savings 10 percentage and reinvest in your investment market and all. But that's not the thing right now. First do this for one or two years once if you accumulate enough money, then you can think about investing it in a smart choices. So do these five elements which I've told you and then plan your expenses and automatically you will be subconsciously programmed that you need to spend your amount within this 900, 900, 900 and initial two months. It will be difficult. Third month. Can I tell you guys, psychologically you will feel happy because every single month you're saving 10 percentage. Psychologically you will feel that you are becoming very surplus in wealth. Psychologically you will feel that you are happy and you can manage your any emergency situations where nobody is encountering and you can save your family yourself better. So think about this important element guys, okay? So reflect on this and take an action and reply me in this podcast. What do you think about it and what else you wanted me to add? Okay? So thank you so much for listening to this podcast. Thank you. I really believe this is important because a lot of designers are not aware of this. They spend their money lavishly and they don't know how to really multiply and save and manage of any financial free life and they don't know how to even spend on a good investments. Okay? So think about it, reflect on this special podcast and give me a best star rating if you find this useful. Okay? Thank you so much guys. Take care. All the best. Bye bye.
