That's exactly what you're going to learn in this podcast. Take a lot of notes, let's jump in. I'm on a mission to help 1 million designers to reach a creative lifestyle before 2030. Indian timings you can attend through the zoom call so that you can have a interaction with me, clarify all your doubts. I'm going to give you 10 mindset hacks guys. Okay, so listen very carefully. See first you don't have to really change yourself. That's completely a waste of time. It's a different, different ball game you're approaching to achieve a career result which is not going to happen. Okay, so never change yourself. It's who you are as a person and what is your reality is always a reality. You can get inspired to become somebody but ultimately everything boils down to one thing. What is your true value? Align your value to that organization which aligns with you. Okay, I repeat this, make sure that value of the company and your value should be the same. Then and only you can able to go and approach with the mindset to get hired or even grow there or anything. People don't understand these basic things and they train themselves in a different, different way. That's like acting. That's like you're not being true or honest to yourself. I would recommend you to take a process called demartini Value Determination Method. He's one of the great mentors Guys, I this guy is a walking encyclopedia. He has read 45,000 books and then he makes every learning in a very simple way. And if you follow his method, it's a 25 minutes test you can take in his website. I'll be pasting that link. You can create a free login. It's just a free of cost test. Spend 25 minutes without any disturbance to do that. Determination of value. Once if you're clear on your value definitely you will have a great clarity. Guys, you'll be like 100x clear and you'll be moving in 100x faster than any of the people around you because you found what's your real value. Okay, Remember, you don't need to adjust, it's a waste of time. Find the value through your particular company, what you're selecting or suggesting and then align with them. Create an excel sheet, form a data of each and every company, write their value system, write their mission right, their job, responsibility, skills and then make sure if it's aligned with you. If the score is out of 10 like it's a more than 8 or 9 which is good, you can go and apply. If it's less, ignore and go for the next company. This is the way. I've given you the baseline. Guys, what you need to do now we'll come to the mindset tax. Okay? First is operate with the mindset of serving, helping and solving problem. Remember this Serving, helping and solving problem. Jagdish, we are not in a service industry or a charity industry. Yes guys, we are not in that but we need to serve with that mindset whenever we are paid. Yeah, we get a salary, we come home. That's different thing. We need to deliver. We need to over deliver for the salary. Whatever we are offered. We need to over deliver for the job responsibility. Whatever we have given, we need to go extra boat. We need to serve, serve, serve. Remember the more you serve, the more problem you solve, the more help you make, the better you will be able to notice by the top management. Irrespective of the time, irrespective of the effort. You need to relentlessly do this guys, this is most important. Second is operate with an abundance mindset. Jagdish, what is this here? How do I do it? Let me make it very simple guys. There is an audio called Stranger secret which I listen to every every day, two times or three times. I'll be pasting that link. Also you can listen in spot in this part in Spotify podcast or Apple podcast wherever you are. It's a beautiful, beautiful audio. I'll tell you what happens if you listen to stranger secret 30 days continuously from today you will never be the same person. You'll see lot of abundance coming in your life. You'll see a lot of what you call insecurity mind going out of you and then you'll see opportunities which is there in front of you which you have not seen before. It's already there but you have not seen because your mindset now got into abundance.
Okay?
It's a beautiful tool. Change the secret. Third is remember this. Your attitude is 100 percentage. Your skill set is only 20 percentage. Your mindset is only 80 percentage. Okay, mindset which I already told you skill set, you know, 20 percentage of like learning skills, making Adobe HD screens, Figma research portfolio, resume, it's fine. But attitude on what you want and what you truly wanted to achieve and truly wanted to create an impact is your attitude. All of your actions will be determined based on that. Your behavior will be based on that. So keep that clear in your mind. Fourth is have a one year goal with you guys. If you're not having a one year goal, clearly what you wanted to really accomplish in terms of salary, in terms of role growth, in terms of the person you wanted to become, in terms of your family, in terms of a relationship, in terms of your career, what will happen is you are just randomly going and kicking balls which will never open and then have a mission in your life. You need to be very clear on these two things, okay? Because attitude is everything and it will change you one year goal and your mission. Your mission could be abstract, but that's okay. But how will you find your real mission? How will you find your real goal? When you write something as a goal, when you write something as a mission and when you go along, eventually you explore, guys. My mentor usually tells Blair Singer, he's one of the top guys, he said your mission in your life will not pop up immediately. As in you go along the path you find it. It's not like I'll become a perfect designer, I'll make my perfect portfolio, I'll make my perfect goal and then I'll start working. It will never happen. Those people are the biggest procrastinators and they will never take their step one.
Okay?
Fifth is your your average of 10 people whom you're associate with. So association matters, guys, your network, whatever you have is your net worth.
Okay?
Take your phone, guys. Now as you're listening to this podcast, take your phone, see the last 10 contacts in your Phone number, write their names, write their salaries, write their health status, write their relationship status, write their debts if you can. Because you know them, right? That's exactly average of you. Yes, my mentor made me do this. I also found out that's exactly what is the net worth what you have. If you wanted to really change your life, if you wanted to really change your circle, if you wanted to get noticed with the people like CEO, top people, you need to get network with those people. If your phone numbers are filled with these people, the last 10 numbers, if let's say that CEO is earning 50 crores, 100 crores a month, you would be also similarly making that average. Yes, that's true. It may sound very, very, very what you call awful or very ridiculous, but this is true. Guys, your network is your net worth.
Okay?
So track and, and what do you call? You can, you can find through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. There are many platforms where you can go and attend startup studios. Are there communities, are there online blogs, events, webinars, seminars, art museums, art design museums, art exhibitions, design exhibitions. So these places you can find a network with a lot of people. Either in online, either in offline. The more people you have a network with, your mindset will grow in a different way. Okay, the sixth is measure the financial returns. Guys, this is a golden nugget. I would say whatever you're creating as a project, whatever you're creating as a product, whatever you're creating as a what you call any kind of a deliverable or output, make sure you map it returns to the financial returns what the company is making. Your value will be very very high. Guys, compared to any other designers who's working with you, no designers knows it. Only very very, very few point one percentage designers knows this. Let me tell you people who knew this. They'll exactly project to the management through their design skills what impact they can create, what impact they have created already. And they will see their growth and they'll make a 10x salary growth for them. They'll give them big project, they'll give them huge responsibility. They'll give them a complete freedom. They'll give them a team, they'll give them a resource, they'll give them 10x more salaries. It's not because of you have completed a degree in a fancy college and then you have some great English speaking skills. Nobody cares guys, these things until unless you solve a problem of the company and then you are able to show some financial written on investment of they hired you. If you're not able to justify that through your skills or your project, your deliverables, you're out. You'll not be noticed. That's the point. Okay, very important guys. Seventh is plan a day in advance. To be very honest, I'm also little weak in this point guys. I'm still practicing. I'm yet to practice. I plan the day in the morning, I don't plan it in the day before. But I highly recommend you to do that since I'm also being accountable with you. You guys are listening here. So if you plan a day before, one night before, or one week before, for that week or one month before, for that month, you will have a greater clarity. Plan a week in advance, month in advance, year in advance.
Okay.
I used to do it but I was little inconsistent. I need to make it clear. So remember the 6P guys. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Prior proper planning prevents poor performance. 6ps okay, remember this 8 is write down the top 10 tasks.
Okay?
Every single day when you start the work, I do it every single day. Round the one or two tasks which is 80 percentage impactful and complete the first task 100 percentage focus without deviating to any other nine tasks once. If you're completing that one, then go to the second, then go to the third. If you're out of the town for one month without your anything, what is a 10 task which you will complete immediately. That's the motive behind writing this 10 tasks. If you're able to do this, you will have a clarity. Guys, out of this 10 use this 80, 20 rule and then separate the first, second, third and and focus the one, complete it and go for second focus to complete the second and go for the third. That's the rule. Okay, ninth is you need to be really fast moving guys. You need to complete the task every day, every single hour. If you wanted to get reported with your boss or accountable with your company's project manager or anybody, do it. Because automatically you will be noticed in a very very faster way. Because you will be things, you will be moving things really fast. You will be having a rational of having a clarity in an alignment with the project and your deliverable will be counted very very nice. See, don't be that boot licking guy. That's not what I mean. I mean like you need to be super accountable and show your output very honestly and openly. Then and only people will have a clarity in what you're doing. And automatically you will get super super noticeable with the top management.
Okay.
Tenth is have a big role models in your life guys. Have a good mentors have a good aspirations in your life because you always mirror your mentors, you always mirror your aspiration. Consciously or subconsciously you do that. You can't be your like, I'll figure it, figure it out on my own. That's fine guys. But inspiration comes from within. Inspiration is definitely important for people.
Okay?
So if you really master this particular information, whatever I told you in this podcast, you will master your entire destiny in a different way. You will be having a million dollar. You'll be having a so much of clarity in wherever you're going. And you'll be the top 0.1 percentage designers in your entire design career, whomever you're working. And nobody can touch you guys, you will be the most sustainable designer. Even if they remove every employee, they will not remove you. One year, five years, now you will beat anybody. And don't think it like you're beating somebody. Just do it for yourself. Because you have to be that person with that mindset in order to become the successful. Okay, if you take one or two important points in this podcast, what is that? I wanted you to write notes about it because I read and comment each and every information, each and every comment, whatever you post in this podcast, guys, because I need to have a critique. I need to understand who is engaging very deeply in my podcast. And you know what? According to podcast Measure Analytics, I got to see that 7066 to 70% of my users are my listeners are listening to this podcast. 90 percentage full. That means the engagement is really huge. So I wanted you to write. Don't write. This podcast is good bad. Just write what you've learned, what you're going to implement as a three action steps out of this ten mindset hacks. I'll definitely give you a reply and a suggestion for you in order to improve it. Okay? And also take this three important steps action points and create it as a habit for next 31 days. Do one habit for 31 days and next 31 days another habit and next 31 days another habit. So 12 months, you will install 12 habits. Imagine in five years you would have installed 60 habits. If you put 60 habits in your life and change your life life, what will happen, guys? You will be the next next designer in the country. If people wanted to make a strategic decision of the design, they'll come to you, they'll ask your feedback because you'll be in that top organization contributing the top project, contributing the top value for that company for that project.
Okay?
I hope you have understood the meaning behind and the powerful impact you this particular mindset strategy. And if you're one who is resonating with that, take it very seriously and go and approach it.
Okay.
And make sure as a token of gift, I'm exchanging you a particular gift also, guys.
Okay.
Where you can meet me and you can have a lot of discussion, interaction about this.
Okay?
