AI tools are very vital to lead our life. Same like brushing the tree and bathing and getting ready and putting our clothes. AI has become inevitable in all aspects of our life. In this podcast I'm going to tell you what are the benefits of using this AI tool and and what are some of the best tools which I have right in front of you. The reason why this podcast is coming is today we are in the world of Gen AI. We know why AI is used. It helps you save your time, it improves your creative creativity and productivity. It increases the possibility what you can see in the future, how your skills is getting executed in real time. And also every damn industry is now picking up AI guys, whether it's a sales or healthcare or manufacturing or design or anything. Also AI is coming up with a lot of statistics and information which is going to be predicted that all of the industries, whoever is not AI or maybe AI enabled or gamified in that way, they are going to be eliminated out of this industry. So that is what is the exact prediction, what is being done? So why it is important, Jagdish, what are the exact benefit of it? Let me tell you guys, even when you take a small project, even when you take a very big project, it is very inevitable that you are going to use AI tools in that way. Let it come to research, let it comes to prototyping, let it comes to testing, let it comes to getting feedback, let it come to presentation, let it come to creating website or anything. Without AI tools you cannot really do it. You can do it, but that would take a lot of your time. Okay, so I'm going to suggest you some AI tools now based on the categories what you have. Okay, the very first category which I'll tell you is about research. Like let's say if you're doing a product design research, okay, so there are a number of tools which I'll tell you guys. Okay, so whatever tools I'm telling you just make sure you make a note of it and then you can find a free account first of all in the online to start signing up and start playing around with the tool. Okay? Do not go for the paid version initially prematurely, but just first start experimenting with that tool.

So make a note of it. In fact, I'm going to give you close to 100 plus tools, guys. First tool is Chat GPT. It provides us a lot of summary and provides insights about whatever topic you wanted to research. This is a very, very interesting and important tool. A lot of people know about it.

Second is Google Bard. It provides you some very very complex queries. Also sometimes even if you put your YouTube link and ask to analyze it will do it.

And it provides a real time insights and statistics as well. Third, Perplexity. It quickly summarizes your information and it provides a data analysis. It provides a reference links, it provides images, it provides a YouTube links, it provides academic journal, scientific journal link and publicity is very, very useful when you're doing a deep research in your projects.

It helps you find some scientific journals and extract data from the online sources. E L I C I T. Okay. A fifth tool is Microsoft Copilot. You can understand. Copilot is very similar to Chat GPT, but the pro. But the point is it can even give you some what you call research works and it can summarize your work and particularly if you're using office in your office in your corporate environment. Microsoft Pilot Copilot works really seamless because a lot of officers are having Microsoft CoPilot as their AI tool because ChatGPT is not exactly come for all of the enterprises out there.

And the sixth is Consensus. You can use some scientific consensus and data validation using that tool called Consensus. The seventh one is Cite S Cite. It will evaluate the papers citation networks and it will provide you some clarity in the data what you're having. Okay, next is Wolfram Alpha. I've not tried this tool guys, but you can try it out. It helps you computationally find out the data and it helps you find some factual queries if you're doing some research. Okay, then there is something called Research Rabbit. This is a wonderful tool. You can find papers, you can organize your references and you can get lot more scientific journals around it. And 10th is Scholar C, Scholar C S C H O L A R C Y. Okay? It summarizes your paper and it provides you a great insight what you wanted to actually do for your project. Okay, now let's go for Ideation and brainstorming tools. In fact, this is more interesting guys. When you do a lot of ideation and brainstorming in your project, in your product and UIux, this all tools will be super useful. The very first tool is Mid Journey. It converts a lot of text into image visual. Guys, you will get a lot of creative ideas by looking at it. You can use Chat GPT also very similar. You can use Clara AI. It provides a very very good brainstorming and act as a brainstorming partner for generating your ideas. Perplexity. It is very similar. I already told you, you can use that same. Then you can use Brain AI. Brain AI B R A I N A I N A AI okay. It provides a creative ideas and it makes complex calculation. Guys, you can able to try it out. Then there is something called Copy AI. It generates the content as well as provides the strategies. Like let's say if you're asking for how I can able to create a post for this, how I can able to put it in social media, how I can attract a lot of people using this post in LinkedIn, how I can attract recruiters. If you ask that, it will provide you a lot of brainstorming and ideas. Next is figjam. Next is Miro Assist. These are all the tools which will also inbuilt inside the software itself in order to provide you some ideation and creative thought process along with whatever content you have. You don't have to even copy paste into ChatGPT or other AI tools, but inbuiltly you can able to use it. There is another tool called Notion AI.

It organizes your thoughts, task management and everything. And there is something called AI Dungeon. It helps you in storytelling and provides some good ideas. Next is Socratic and next is writesonic. Okay, writesonic helps you in creative copywriting for design. If you want to write some case studies, if you wanted to write some article, this is pretty useful for you guys to understand. Okay, so the next is presentation and documentation tools. What are the presentation and documentation tools available? Jagdish Let me make it guys. Because a lot of people are struggling with this problem, right? So let me make it first is simplified. This is a beautiful tool to help you visualize your content quickly and get to the top very, very easily, guys. In fact, simplify it. You can even subscribe for the premium version. I would highly recommend that Next is Tome AI T O M E A I beautiful storytelling slides and visual content. You can able to create it. Okay, next is Microsoft Designer. It's a professional Presentation tool for designer. But you can use there is another tool called Beautiful AI. In fact Beautiful AI Jasper AI Gamma. This works seamlessly beautiful for creating presentation which is more aesthetic focused, which is more visual appealing presentations. You can make it stunning guys, like in minutes. If you open a tool called Gamma AI in minutes you can able to create lot of presentation and I use for a lot of my works as well.

And you can use something called Canva Magic White and it provides you a lot of design content and design assets and elements. And Inbuilt Canva tool which helps you make presentations in a very stunning way.

And you can use Tilda, it's a website presentation builder. You can use Press Z. It's a very dynamic interactive presentation tool guys. Even you can create a lot of interactions inside it. And there is something called pictochart.

Infographics, reports and presentation. You can even you can use something called lucidchart. In fact lucidchart also helps you build workflows and user journey mapping and logical diagramming and process flow diagramming. All these things designer use. You can able to use lucidchart. It's very very interesting.

And you can use Designer R Designer Design rr. Actually it converts your entire PDF for the ebooks into a beautiful presentation. In fact this is the most most amazing segment of AI tools guys. And you can put that in your behance profile or portfolio. You can use something called InVideo AI. Similarly it does the same video editing work. Okay, it's very simple. And you can use Runway ML. You can use Canva. You can use Art Breeder. You can use let's Enhance. You can use Deep Art IO, you can use Remove bg. So all these things are super, super useful for you guys. Okay, so let's. Let's go for wireframing tools. Like let's say if you wanted to use a lot of wireframes in your projects. Listen very carefully, guys. A lot of people do manual wireframing, right? With the help of AI tools you can able to do in minutes. Guys, whatever. I'm telling you, you can use something called a FIGMA AI plugin which auto generates some layout and components. First, utilize the Inbuilt feature. Second, you can use Uizard. It's a beautiful tool just. It converts your sketches into wireframes into a simple UI design. And you can use Adobe Firefly. It's a paid tool, but you can able to generate a lot of prototypes and mockups quickly. And you can use Sketch to code. It converts all of your sketches into HTML code. Turbofy Turbo 5.

It generates automatically wireframes the moment when you give details around it. Okay, and next is Maze Me is a T. It uses the what you call use of. It is a major tool used for usability testing for prototypes. You can able to input the software and it will exactly provide the testing output for your prototypes whatever you did. Next is Zeppelin. It helps you develop ready prototypes and Marvel app. It provides you a rapid wireframes and prototype. In fact this is a very simple tool, guys. Take a picture upload and you will be able to generate a lot of wireframes and in just quick span of time. Okay, Next is Proto PI. You can use high fidelity interactive prototypes inside that using this AI tool.

These are all will provide you feedbacks and particularly Hard Jar provides you heat maps and user interaction where your user is going and touching most of the time. And when you use usability.com to get some real time insight for your screens and mobile app and website, whatever you're building, you'll be able to stand, you will be able to get lot of insights in a very, very short span of time. That is the power of using generative AI. Guys. We are not just using tools to get insight. We are also using AI along with it to get a lot of clarity. How we can able to take decision to improve this product later. That is why I'm recommending you this.

Userlytics. It helps you remotely test the user and get feedback. Optimal workshop. It helps you card sorting. It helps you in tree testing and maze Maze. I already told you. And there is another software called PlayBook UX automated interviews and Surveys. It can able to help you ethneo. It helps you automated participant recruitment. Because when you're doing usability testing you have to help in automated participant recruitment, right? Another thing is User Zoom. Particularly if you're doing a large scale testing and analysis, you can use user zoom to get a lot of feedback around it. Guys.
