In this podcast, I'm going to give you very powerful information in very short span of time. Listen very carefully, take a notes. The important factor about job application is you get lost in the feed, you get lost in thousands of application. How to really stand out, how to really make a problem statement which is aligned to that dream industry, what you're looking for and how to crack the interview. Okay, step one, find out the industry which is more aligned for you. Let's say if it's a healthcare, it's a fintech, it's an edutech, whatever is there. Okay? Second, go and research it about that industry to an insanely greater deeper level so that you find out their products, their service, their offerings and what are they doing in the market. Third, go and find out a gap in that. Go and find out an insight in that. You can use websites like Forrester, you can use websites like Statistar, you can use their social media presence, their blog article, Glassdoor insights, LinkedIn insights. Try to find out what is this company really offering in the market and where would you find a gap for this industry? And the step four, you have to create a solution for that. In the step four, when you detail it out a solution, make sure it should be done in one week or one day to offer a value for those people. And the moment when you're able to do it in a week or a day you will be able to find out apt solution for those. And the step five, create a metrics around it, create a beautiful presentation around it. It could be a ppt, it could be a figma file, it could be even just a word file or it could be even Excel sheet data. Try to bring out that solution. And the step six, go and pitch for the people, whoever is related to this industry. Let it be hr, let it be designers, let it be even CEO of the company, let it be the person who is networking in LinkedIn with those companies and relevant industries. Go and start telling them I have found out a problem, I have found out a solution. You have a minute to discuss with me. And don't offer them a solution directly. Just interact, invite, build a trust and then build them on a call, bring them on a zoom call, bring them on a phone call and then ask for an interview. The moment when you are able to find out the people and talk to them with the relevant value and the metrics, you will have a a far more greater advantage. I hope this podcast would have given you a clarity. Listen to this. The reason why I'm recording this only in two minutes is the message. What I'm showing you is very powerful. Listen to it three to four times and follow the six steps. The moment when you do it, you will find people getting attracted to you. The moment when you find it. The moment when you do it. Exactly. People knows you have something to offer. And then you will be getting a lot of attraction, you'll be getting a lot of reply. In the ending, you will be showing a lot of value to the products. What you're offering in the. In the project, what you're doing which is relevant for the company. Because people hire you when you are able to solve their problem, not for your skill set. Sadly, that is the truth. Okay, People don't hire you for your skill set. People hire you for what problem you can able to solve for them.
