When you are growing in a design career without having a proper mentor and a guidance, it would be a hell of a lot of difficulty to come out of it. How do I really struggle in my whole career without that proper guidance? With that one piece of information which was missing in my whole equation? I don't want anybody to repeat that, okay? If you are one who is really interested in growing up your career in a very fast track based manner, then this podcast is exactly for you to know why mentorship is very important. Let's jump in Foreign. Let me tell you why having a mentorship is very, very important in this day and age, okay? Today there is no problem in getting the data or information and knowledge, okay? Which is predominantly available in the online space where you can find everything in Google Chat. GPT is giving you more specific answers. Bard has been launched with Gemini Google. So information is really overloaded. What people are lacking is an accountability and a system and a process. A very unstructured learning is prevalent. If you take product design and UI UX design, there are close to 3 to 4 lakh different videos are available for learning anything from top to bottom in product design. But why everybody is not becoming designers? But why everybody is not becoming success? Have you ever wondered why? Let me tell you guys in India, with respect to India, I'm talking there are many international designers also. So 150 years before there used to be very prevalent called Gurukul system, okay? Where people will be taught by mentors who are real implementers. They live their life by that and they teach their juniors, okay? And they teach their juniors. There is nothing called like thousand people will be there. There will be one teacher. No, it's not like that. So people who are really experienced and skillful in that particular field and arena, they'll go and help others. They'll go and help their juniors in turn. The way in which you teach, the more you teach, the more you learn. This is how people have learned in Gurukul system. And they masters of masters and lot of entrepreneurship was there before 150 years, okay? Before the British invention, the GDP of India was 4 percentage. The GDP of India was 28 percentage in fact at that time. But now it's only 4 percentage. Entrepreneurship was completely gone. Our education system has been completely broken and we are into the mode of read write, remember, right? 10th standard, 12th standard college. Every time when you see this, you get a problem of exams, you get a problem of peer pressure, you get a problem of family, society. You need to get score high marks, get Job placed this, that that's a social norm, right? But the way in which the mentorship has been understood before is not prevalently available now. It is because of many reason. The construct, what we have is also deliberately defined that in order to not make you grow. So how do you really break that? Let me tell you in this podcast, I'm going to give you at the last how you can really make a very good decision in your career to join my mentorship program which can help you out in this.
Okay?
See, there are many options. You can take any particular program, you can choose any particular mentor. The choice is completely yours. But without taking action is really not good.
Okay?
So it's up to you to really check out how you wanted to really progress in your career. But it's my job and responsibility to tell you that this is really existing.
Okay?
The second important thing is you need to understand we as a humans have evolved by communicating and networking with others, by learning and teaching to others. The way in which you communicate. The more your survival rate increases, the way in which you effectively communicate, the better your survival is increased. So this is how the human bands and foragers and hunters or ancestors have really evolved millions and millions of years before. Okay, if not, at least according to the traces of fossil found fossil fuels and traces of human life, it like maybe 50 to 60,000, I would say people have really evolved by communicating and teaching and helping each other as a band. So what does it really mean? We have evolved as a humans by really getting network and connection and teaching and helping others. So this is how the people have evolved. This is how the learnings have been transferred. This is how the knowledge has been spreaded and this is how the knowledge has been built on top of each other in order to form our entire basics to live a human life. A lot of people don't recollect this. Everybody knows this almost people who read evolution, people who don't read evolution, everybody kind of knows this information. But the only thing is we are not getting that. We are not. We are forgetting that in this current day and age and we think everything, we can do it on ourselves. We can do anything, guys. You can learn any skill, like let's say lifting weights, you can do sports, you can learn design, you can learn anything. But if you are doing it without a mentor, it takes 150 to 200 years for you to figure it out which is right, which is wrong. And if you want to become a real successful person, if you have a mentor with you who are real implementers See again, when it comes to mentor, don't just choose any person who is randomly telling like let's say if you go and ask a person in the online how to lose weight, this guy will also have a big belly and a tummy, right? So don't listen to those kind of people. Just see how they are acting on the talk, what they're doing. Mentors or implementers then and only you will be able to guide in a proper direction. So the point is lot of overload of information is available and accountability is terribly, terribly missing. Let me tell you guys, one of the student whom I interacted with, okay, he's like totally of eight years experience and then he has around five years of exploration and design. He's still not able to figure it out what's happening in his career. Okay, this guy after talking with me had a very good clarity and he has started the mentorship program and he got results. So the point is that guy got results. Maybe small choto, small, small results. That's not the point. But his transformation in this thought process is what I see as a result because he has understood what mistakes he has made. Okay, he's been exploring on his own online this that he doesn't know what is exactly product design. Exactly ui, UX design. What is design process? How do I start? First, what I have to do Second, how do I really improve after a week, after a month, after a year? And how do I really apply for internship? How do I apply for full time job? How do I position and grow myself? So everything is a specific information which can be learned with proper guidance and support. There is another student who has joined three to four mentorship programs. He has not got any results. He's been studying, getting certificates. Studying, getting certificates. But after joining here with the right clarity. See when a people joins in my program, I first asked them tell about yourself. I second asked them why do you wanted to learn design? Third, I'll ask them what exactly is your goal? I'll help them. It's not like I'll just ask them, I'll help them. If they're not having, they'll tell like I'm so and so, I did engineering and this is where I am. I tell them no, this is just your profession. Tell about yourself. And when I ask why you wanted to learn design? I want to earn money. That's my passion. What makes you tell that? This is a passion. So a lot of people don't have a specific answer. They have a very generic, vague answers. This is where the Mentorship is really lagging.
Okay.
Then I ask them, what's your goal? They say, I want to become a big designer. I want to become healthy. What is this? This is completely a vague goal. It will never happen in your life. If you wanted to set a goal, if you wanted to know how to set smart goals, if you wanted to really set a transformation year for you in next 3 months, how do I cross 50,000 per month salary from zero if I'm already designer, how to double and triple my salary in next 90 days? In next one year, how do I reach 1 lakh to 3 lakh per month salary? If you're asking that quality question in yourself, then this is the right particular initiative for you to join that.
Okay?
In the description I pasted a email id. You can send your resume and portfolio. I'll help you or my team will help you out to help. To make sure you're really serious about this journey. Because we are not taking lot of students, we are taking only few hand picked students for our intensive education program. See, I do have two different programs. Okay, so one is a very intensive education program. Other one is a mentorship guidance. It's a very minor time I give for them. But people who are very serious, I really take them. Because I don't work with all the people, then it's a waste of time, right? So I work with people who are damn serious. Because you won't believe. In my program, I have mentored over. I have talked to over 12,500 different students. I've mentored hundreds and hundreds of students. Lot of people have got results in just 10 days, 15 days, 25 days, 45 days. Recently a guy cracked a job starting from scratch. He's an engineer.
Okay?
From the scratch he has learned design and then he got job in less than 75 days. Imagine guys, it took me three years to get an internship worth of 25,000 rupees salary in design. But this guy has got it in less than 75 days. So how it is possible, it's not because of me or it's not because of this that I'm saying it's because of the collective mentorship support, what has been extended and how as a community, we leveraged each other in order to help and grow. He has did three good projects. One is very intensive project which will take supposedly two to three months. But he delivered it in three weeks. So it's possible when you learn it through a community and you won't feel any pain, you won't feel any bored, you Will feel so happy. Happy. Can I tell you something? The mentorship program of me starts at morning 5:30 to 7 every day.
Okay?
Because the timing has been planned in a scientific way. The morning time are the most fresh time. And people in the evenings, people in the weekends, they don't have time. People are working full time, they don't have time. So nobody will tell in any excuse. I don't have time, Jagdish. That's why I don't want to learn design. That's completely a BSN excuse and you are cheating yourself. That's why I asked people to sleep early, wake up early and you will not believe. Guys. 85 to 92 percentage average attendance I get for my mentorship program in the morning classes. Just imagine that.
Okay?
So the thing is it's all about how you determine and position and how you seriously value your life.
Okay?
When you are thinking about life in a different, different directions or maybe if you're misoriented, if you're distracted, this that ask only one question. What is your single most biggest value in your life? If that answer is really falling in design, then. Exactly. Don't waste your time. Just come into this program. I'll help you out to make you grow. In less than 90 days you'll be able to come from 0 to 50,000amonth salary. Yeah. I do guarantee. A lot of people ask what's the guarantee? If you are damn serious, I'll definitely give you a guarantee. But if you're not serious, I would say whenever you are serious, please join or else do not. Because it's a complete waste of time. I wasted my time with those kind of students whom I'll be giving lot of value. But they will not take it. Because their values are very different. Their intention is different. Their. Their mindset is very different. So that is a big big problem about it. Let me tell you guys, it is not very easy for somebody to really what you call find out what is really the important value in your life. What is your single most goal in what's your real intention behind joining design? What is your real strength? Weakness? It's very difficult for oneself to find on themselves. That is why we need a help. We need a support. We need a mentor who can help that you know what? Mentees are promoted five times more often than those without mentors. So people know it, people guide it properly. 89% of the mentees believe that their colleagues value their work. Compared to survey percentage without mentors, A source by CNBC Survey Monkey. 96% of the mentors. 87% of the mentors and mentees feel empowered and develop greater confidence through their relationship. It's a Source by Guider AI. 59% of the teens with mentors get better grades than their peers. See, 78% of the adults with mentors are more likely to volunteer regularly because they know the power of mentoring and they help each other. 90% of them are becoming mentors on themselves. It's a source by push for so 97 percentage individuals with a mentor feel that they are highly impactful and valuable. 89 percentage of these mentors will mentor someone in the future fasting a cycle of support. So what does this really say guys? Does it connect with the evolutionary trait? What I told you, does it connect with how our ancestors and foragers have really built their society and band and population and how as a Homo sapiens we have really evolved? I would suggest you can read a book called Homo Sapiens by Yuval Nova Harari. You will understand much better how we evolved as a human, how we communicated, how we told stories to build our brand, to build our human society, to really nurture our community, to really make our communication very effective. And this is how we evolve. Stories are one of the major thing. People are one of the major thing. Communication is one of the major thing. Mentorship is what all binds together and that's what people have really evolved. So why don't you understand these basics? School colleges is fine. That's giving you a very proper structured learning but individual personalized support. What's your requirement? What's your goal? What's your real dream? Why are you stuck? Somebody needs to really guide you in order to help you grow. If you do that, guys. 75 percentage of the leaders say mentoring play a very key role in their success. 97 percentage of the mentors say participation helps them develop leadership skills. So participate in that. That's the major major advantage of that. Even the mentor businesses increased revenues by 83 percentage more than their peers. Mentored businesses. Okay, like I know business, let me do. No, mentored business is someone who are really understanding what people have really fault, what people have really failed, what people have made success and they learn from that and then they grow. When you are able to get that mentorship support psychologically, what happens? You really become extraordinary guys. I have hundreds and hundreds of different different stories and case studies to share with you. I've talked with different different people who are engineers, people who are testing, people who are housewife, people who are taking a career gap. They have a marriage, they have a child, they have a career back. And then they came back people who are having a lot of different jobs. They quit their job and came they are out of recession. A lot of people have come from foreign and then they've started learning design. A lot of people got driven by design because of the working environment what they had. A lot of people have come from BPO. Huge amount of different Personas. I've interacted guys 12,500 students and imagine you can understand the kind of support and experience what we can give to help the students. If you talk to me for five to seven minutes, I'll exactly tell you what's your problem. I'll exactly tell you where you are stuck. I'll exactly give you solution how we can improve in the next three months to six months. Because that kind of amount of information I have gathered over the time in order to help and guide students. If you find this as a really valuable one, please do take an action. Send an email. Our team will hi chat you okay. Thank you so much guys. Take care. All the best. We'll see you inside the mentorship program.
Bye bye.
